I really had wanted to like this protein powder – I like that it’s organic and has simple, whole ingredients. I like that it has no sweeteners of any kind nor sodium. It froths up nicely with almond milk and ice. The taste isn’t horrible but I wouldn’t say it is good either. I have tried doctoring up the shake with bananas, cinnamon and other fruits – but to no avail, the taste is the same. Even though it has no sodium in it, there is some ingredient in it, that makes my mouth dry with each sip. This happens when I drink it with our without almond milk. So proceed with caution.

Pretty good overall for what I wanted. The pea protein does taste like pea, so imagine yourself eating a bunch of pea. However versus whey protein, this does not make you bloated or gassy. Easy on the digestive system. The only issue with this is that it takes a while for it to mix in your tumbler shaker bottle.

This is really good and I mix it with a pea protein that has more taste and almond milk and a banana. The one that has more taste is very expensive and I get it from my nurse practitioner so this helps me drink protein shakes for less money. I think the quality protein is good in this.
