   I have been on a quest lately to find the perfect protein to my liking and this one comes close. I usually use my protein in my morning oatmeal, yogurt, almond milk, or in a smoothie, and this one did well on three out of the four. First off, this powder dissolves well in everything whether in food or liquids. As far as the taste, lets just say when I put it in plain yogurt it tasted like chocolate pudding, so it has a really good taste to it. I tried it in oatmeal and too much of the pea protein came through, so it didn’t taste that great. Plus for some reason the oatmeal felt twice as heavy, I almost couldn’t finish a single serving, so I can’t explain that. So I would not recommend mixing in food, but in everything else it tasted good. There is no soy, no gluten, non-dairy, and non-GMO. I like the fact that it is in a smaller jug. Some proteins you get come in these huge containers and it’s only half filled. The expiration date on the bottle I received is December 2023, so it’s nice and fresh. So if you are looking for a good tasting chocolate protein then I recommend giving this one a try.

   Thiuggt I would try this protein powder since I buy tgeir vitamins and very happy with those. Sadly, this is the worst tasting protein powder I have ever tried. Tastes so bad I won’t be ordering this again. Too hard to choke this protein powder down. Going back to other brands that taste much better.

   I’ve switched to plant based protein after I saw how much cholesterol is in the cheaper whey based protein. This protein is very fine and compacts easily. It does mix well with water however becomes foamy after mixing. The taste is mild and mixes well in shakes or juices. I do drink it plain and it’s okay, not too sweet and not bitter, however I find it doesn’t have enough flavor alone. Like I said I think it’s perfect to hide in other drinks or shakes. There is little to no settling after its mixed even after sitting a couple minutes. It did not make me bloated or give me any gut issues. Overall it’s a decent protein mix however the flavor is a little underwhelming.

   I looked all over the ingredients to see if this had sweeteners in it and didn’t see any but BEHOLD! Rebaudioside A is a form of stevia. I mixed with water and ice to see what the flavor was like to know how to mix in the future and it tasted disgusting to me. I don’t tolerate artificial sweeteners well so makes sense now. I will try again with milk or yogurt to see if it makes a dif but I doubt it will.

   I love the ingredient list and the amount of protein per serving. I’m always looking for ways to fill my kid’s tummy. I use this today in a smoothie that was toddler approved, but I found it very, very sweet. Which is why I knocked off a couple of stars, because the container says zero sugars and sugar/sweetener is not listed in the ingredients. I found the sweetness level hard to stomach, and I’m not sure I’ll be using this again.

   This is my first experience using plant protein in a shake. I’m using almond milk, berries and the protein powder to make a delicious drink. Because my main meal of the day is around one p.m., this works so nicely for a lighter evening meal. The powder dissolves completely and digests well. I will continue to use it.

   Good plant based protein. Good value for the money. I like having the fruit and veggies combined and no grain grasses. Thickness is ok. I mix it with other things and satisfies me for at least about 4 hours on work days. Has a little thickness to it. I don’t like the taste: the vanilla flavor us not strong enough for me. Thr sweetness is mild.

    Opening the container proved difficult and when I finally got the label top to break away from the plastic bottle the label fell completely off, not being attached to the bottle with any adhesive. Then I saw that the plastic/foam seal on the top of the bottle was not completely intact. It had separated from the top of the bottle because too much powder on the seal and jar kept it from sealing. I haven’t used any yet and the photos show how it looked upon releasing the label. I’m feeling bothered that the quality control of this packaging is lacking. And, of course, bestproteinpowder4women.net won’t accept a return on this product. I won’t be purchasing anything from Naturelo again.

    This protein powder works great in smoothies. The chocolate flavor reminds me of brownie batter. The scoop has a nice long handle, so you don’t have to go digging in the container to find it. My only complaint is that the entire label came off when I opened it but that may have been user error. It tastes good and you get a good amount of protein. I’d use it again.

    I was so excited to buy this protein powder again after my first container of vanilla tasted so good and I was happy with the way I felt after consuming first container. Sadly, the second container ordered of this powder has no taste. I had read in the reviews before purchasing this happened to someone else. This is a very sad occurrence because it could be a winner as an avid protein drinker I’ve tried many many vegan proteins. This company clearly has a problem with consistency.

    I’ve been using the regular whey based protein powder for a couple years and wanted to try this out to see what it’s like. Normally my workout regimen includes a machine blended cocktail that includes vanilla yogurt, a banana, collagen (for cartilage support), and chocolate flavored protein. I swapped out my regular powder and used this instead and noticed these changes: VERY good solubility – the mix dissolved very well leaving no streaks on the blender cup. The blended protein shake was creamier than I normally get with my regular protein — rich and creamy. Flavor was interesting — it’s definitely chocolate but it also has a hint of nuts, like if you mixed a spoonful of peanut butter into the shake. I really miss the taste of peanut butter; I used to have it a lot but it’s too much fat to throw around in my routine so it’s one of the things I gave up. So I miss that taste and I’m pleased to have a sense of it in the shake. It’s a bit like what chocolate peanut butter ice cream tastes like, I used to have that all the time. I can’t speak to any differences from a muscle building perspective; too soon for that. But for usability and flavor, definitely thumbs up.

    I’ve been using the vanilla protein powder for several weeks now. It’s got great taste and it mixes in with liquid (for me usually milk, water, or both) very easily. It doesn’t have a grainy texture like other protein powders I’ve used.It’s a little on the sweet side, but I prefer that over the taste of other products I’ve tried in the past.

    I’ve been taking protein supplements for years. I do like to vary it up. I tend to be weary of plant-based protein supplements because so many use soy. Keep in mind that plant-based does not equal healthy. There are many plant-based product that have highly inflammatory ingredients (like soy). Fortunately, this one is a good one. I actually add it to almond milk and some half and half (I’m not vegan and I like the creaminess) and use a frother to mix it. It’s very good. Keep in mind that a single serving is quite a big scoop so don’t fill your glass to the top!
