   I am familiar with this product from Trader Joe’s, and like it a lot. It has a very light vanilla flavor and no artificial sweetener taste (it has erythritol, not sucralose or aspartame), and no soy.

   They are now using erythritol, inulin and stevia leaf extract to sweeten it and the carb
   count per scoop has gone from 3 g to 6 g. Do they not realize that most people use
   this product as part of a LOW-CARB diet?

   Husband has become inactive due to dementia which can cause serious skin breakdown. Did not realize how important protein was to skin health. Starting using this in with OJ, milk, banana, and ice in my small blender; delicious!! Helped his skin very quickly. Started drinking some myself and for the first time in my life I am growing strong fingernails – had my first ever manicure. Now I am adding it to everything appropriate… stirring it into oatmeal adding it to hot chocolate. Had been purchasing smaller quantities at the pharmacy.    As a vegetarian, needed to add a but more protein to my diet and boost my caloric intake a bit…..and this one does the trick. I can’t have bananas, orange juice or sugary drinks that this would mix well with. But it blends well with my oatmeal…I just add a tad more water and voila!

   Tastes the least bad of the protein powders out on the market. And has lots of good stuff (the right kind and variety of proteins as well as some probiotics and vitamin Bs) and very little sugar. It mixes much better if you put in something that you can shake (e.g. a jar). No clumping. But if you stir it with a fork then you do get a lot of clumping.
