    well, i think the product is good, i gained 2 pounds in 10 days and i mixed it with almond milk, however, i we compare the nutrition facts of this product with organic peanut butter, we have almost the same: 210 calories vs 220, 9g protein vs 10g, and sodium, which is not something really healthy for our bodies we have the peanut butter with 40mg and this product with 300 mg!! I think that if we mixed two tablespoons of the peanut butter with one spoon of ice cream and half banana we will gain weight and it would be more “natural” with less sodium, because what we really need are the calories and the protein and we could even have 3 shakes of this daily (630 calories and 27g of protein, plus 140 calories per serving if we add ice cream)

    This product is a special case. If you are thin and you don’t want to endanger your heath with stimulants that other similar supplements have, then it’s the only way to go! I gave it four stars and not five for two reasons. Firstly for the taste which is too artificial for me. (Are you call that vanilla?). Secondly I agree to other reviews that indeed you must use great amounts of this stuff to work but as I said before is the only naturally and clean way to go.

    Purchased this twice so far and I like it. The scale says I’ve gained about 7lbs over a month and a few days (drinking the shake 2x daily). Vanilla tastes good alone, but I prefer it with almond milk. so I do half water/ half almond milk and sometimes I add in some frozen fruits and spinach just for variety and extra iron.
