   I prefer a pure protein powder without sweeteners and other added ingredients, so decided to try this. It has good texture with a pleasant, creamy taste. I add some to my oatmeal along with honey and cinnamon if I do want it a little sweeter. That way I’m in total control of what’s going into my body. And it tastes fine with just water if you want a quick shot of protein. I’ll buy again

   I actually prefer a different brand for ALL the factors.

   However, this one is good enough. The only negative is it doesn’t taste good with just the powder and whatever “milk” I am using. And, forget about just water. YUCK!

   It is a great mix of ingredients and protein and calories. It’s not chalky!

   I like it best with the vanilla unsweetened almond milk at Costco and a chunk of frozen banana and a bit of homemade vanilla extraxt. If I am missing some fiber for the day, I will add cinnamon and psyllium. If I feel I need more trace minerals and fiber, I will add chia seeds or flaxseeds…sometimes cinnamon. I also make full-on smoothies with fruit, herbs, veggies, and the Native Whey protein.
