Both were great if you’re adding them into smoothies or shakes, they do have a very mild taste to them, depending on what you’re mixing them with. Blend well! Good value. Healthy sugar content with little chalkiness. For my current goals on food, intake, and health journey, moving forward, I think I will stick with just the seed option, but a great deal, would recommend.
