   As a lactose intolerant person trying to lose weight, I can’t tell you how happy I was to discover this product. I put a scoop of this in my overnight oats before I eat, great way to sneak protein into a meal. I want to try this with my morning coffee too.

   I’ve followed the directions, I’ve tried making smoothies, this stuff is just too thick compared to normal protein powder… I’m breastfeeding and didn’t want a long ingredient list so I went with this but now regret my decision.

   I have tried the unflavored and vanilla. Don’t get the unflavored it is disgusting, I almost throw up trying to drink it. The vanilla is decent though, not bad when you mix it with other ingredients like oats and peanut butter. So I’ll continue to get the vanilla flavor.

   First time trying this it was pretty gross and I had to choke it down. The second time I used less water and didn’t mix creatine or anything else into it and it was better, but still a little bland. 4/10.

   At first, I thought the price was a little high, but you get a whole ton of it that will last a really, really long time. The ingredients to this are quality and no added sugar or bad stuff for your body, so that’s a big plus. The flavor isn’t great, but I haven’t really found a protein powder that’s much better. Mixes in fine with a smoothie or something to disguise it, obviously just don’t do it with straight water or milk. Overall, would recommend.

   For a protein powder with zero sugars, this Pea Protein from My Protein is very sweet. It is banana bread flavored which is pretty unique and it actually tastes quite good. As its main ingredient is pea protein, it is vegan-friendly. The directions suggest you mix this with water; however, I used milk and that probably enhanced the sweetness slightly since milk has its own natural sugar. Although, when I mixed it with water, it was still quite sweet. I’m glad I tried this protein and believe it is a good product; however, for the price, I’ll probably keep using the protein that my local warehouse store stocks. It’s also too sweet for me to use on a long-term basis.

   The banana bread flavored pea protein is pretty good. The unflavored is absolutely disgusting. Also, beware that this powder is not easy to dissolve in water. In a shaker bottle, a good half of the powder will absorb more and more water and become one big clump at the bottom. You have to shake vigorously and drink it fast.

   Myprotein vegan pea protein is a nice way to add some much needed protein to a daily routine. This one is mocha flavored. It’s a bit gritty, even after mixing it in a shaker bottle, but that’s not unusual for most vegan protein shakes from my experience. The flavor is just ok; nothing to write home about l, but not bad. With 22grams of protein and only 2 net carbs, I’d say it’s totally worth trying!

    I made banana bread using the banana bread protein and I can taste it throughout the loaf. The banana bread flavor is very strong. I don’t prefer this at all. I will probably never drink it in smoothie form because of how strong the flavor is. It’s like banana candy flavored. Think banana laffy taffy. The mocha flavor is better.

    Perfect consistency and flavor, easy to mix without clumping up. Ingredients are simple and I like that, its also sweetened with Stevia so there isn’t as many calories or sugar. Great if you’re trying lose /cut weight, or just looking for a new type of protein for stacking, etc.

    This powder SERIOUSLY smells like bananas, when it’s dry and even more so when it’s hydrated. I’m used to vegan protein powders not tasting like what they are trying to make them taste like, but this one is exceptional in the creativity and accuracy of this flavor, which is banana bread. The banana combined with the creaminess, sweetness, and little bit of spice (nutmeg I think). It really does taste like liquid banana bread. It contains 3g net carbs per serving, which is great for people who are avoiding carbs. I so appreciate creative flavors as it’s slightly harder to find vegan versions of fun flavors. It is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame potassium, in case that is something you care about. My only gripe is that the bag doesn’t seal properly every time once opened.

    First, the package I received had two ‘male’ ends for the ziplock portion. This meant there was absolutely no way for me to actually re-seal a supposedly resealable package. I spent a lot of effort transferring all the powder out into different containers I had lying around. What a pain. The protein itself has decent macros and no added sugars or sugar alcohols, with one glaring exception. The sodium level is off the charts at 20% of your daily value per serving. Most non-vegan proteins are at the sub-10% mark (5-8%). There is also cellulose gum in it in case you are sensitive to that. The monkfruit and stevia don’t really leave any aftertaste. However, speaking of taste itself, for someone that drinks regular whey or isolate protein, this is going to be a very hard thing to gulp down. It tastes worse than most regular proteins in water and dissolving it in milk didn’t help either. It does taste a slight bit better than some other pea proteins I have tried. I don’t think I’d buy this again unless I had a specific gut issue or dietary preference that absolutely limited me to pea protein / a vegan option. Pricing is not exactly cheap at 1.12 dollars an ounce. Contrast this with regular whey protein, and even pure isolate at less than a dollar an ounce regular price, and much cheaper on discount.
