No lo llevo usando mucho tiempo, ya que acabo de empezar el entrenamiento. Me ayudan a llegar a mi cantidad de proteinas necesarias. Ademas, el sabor de cookies a mi me parece muy agradable, si es verdad que es muy muy dulce. De momento estoy muy contenta

Compré esta marca de proteínas por la fama de la marca y me ha decepcionado un poco.

El sabor es de cookies & cream y está poco conseguido, mejora algo cuando lo haces con leche pero sólo un poco.

En cuanto a la disolución, cuesta que la mezcla quede homogénea y quedan bastantes grumitos.

Por destacar algo bueno, la digestión es correcta.

Me costaría recomendarla al dejar dudas en cuanto calidad/precio.
