   My husband likes this shake. He gets frustrated because it takes him some time to make compared to instant bottle shakes. It has helped him a lot with muscle repair in the gym. Only warning is that it does make him constipated. He had to have a procedure because constipation was pretty bad. So take lots of fiber with it!

   Sucralose and Acesulfame potassium are the sweeteners in this product, even though the ingredients say 0g added sugar. This thing is very sweet and not the healthy protein supplement I was looking for . I honestly wish I could return it . I was fooled.. thought I was genuinely getting low sugar but instead it’s just packed with artificial garbage. I feel like i wasted $100.

   So I played for bama in football so taking protein shakes is very normal for me. I love muscle tech products but THIS ONE! naw brother this one put me on the toilet after only taking two sips! That smell and taste was off!! But…I took a chance with at least tasting it. Well later on that night I was done for. I’m trying to get a refund or a swap but no one absolutely no one in customer service answers the phone or returns phone calls. I HATE leaving reviews bruh it’s a waste of my time. But I’d hate for someone else to have the same experience. So…hopefully I hear back soon but until then this review stays…..

    If you’re looking for a high quality protein shake that will give you good results, DEFINITELY get this! If you’re looking for dessert, I suggest you look elsewhere for a healthy treat. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because it doesn’t taste great. It’s tolerable but nothing like what the flavor says it is. It mixes good in a blender and is easy on the stomach. I find it doesn’t make too full either. I also feel so much better after working out after drinking this. I prefer to blend mine with milk to make it taste better and it has a medium thickness. If you do use water, make sure it’s chilled in the fridge and throw some ice cubes in there to make it better. I suppose you could use some plant based milks too.

    I usually go for chocolate protein powders, but I decided to try strawberry for the first time—and I loved it! It mixes perfectly with both water and milk, and the formula is packed with quality ingredients. My only issue is the 3g of creatine per serving. I don’t take protein powder on rest days, but I try to get 5g of creatine daily, which makes tracking my intake a bit tricky. Still, I’m very happy with it.     Mixes well. Not too thick. The scoop is almost twice as big as gold standard. So yes one scoop is a serving but it’s much larger than other brands. I’m not a fan of whey that requires u to use a lot to get the 25 or 30 grams of protein. Gold standard is the best but they are too expensive now.

    The reason I give this item 3 stars is because the horrible USPS delivery, but the product deserves a 5 stars from me. This is the third time I bought the NitroTech Whey protein, and I believe the combination of Creatine and BCAA on this one is pretty powerful, I feel quicker gains since I’m using this product. USPS treat pretty bad the packages. I just opened the last box I received this week with this product and Cassein from Optimum Nutrition and the box was damaged and as you can see in the pictures the NitroTech bag was broken and apparently +15% of the content was lost in transit, the Cassein plastic cannisters were both damaged too but those didn’t break so no powder was lost.

    I just received this product yesterday and have only tried it once so far. It tasted sweeter than I expected and had a strong artificial sweetener flavor. I measured the weight of the powder inside the scoop and it’s reading 56g not the 44g that’s listed on my container. Also the nutrition facts on my container did not match the one pictured on bestproteinpowder4women.net. The bestproteinpowder4women.net picture says you’re getting 30g of protein for every 37g scoop (81% protein). My container says I’m getting 30g of protein for every 44g scoop (68% protein). This new formula also has more calories, saturated fat, cholesterol, and carbohydrates than the old formula. I hope bestproteinpowder4women.net will be able to update their photos to better inform their customers on the products they sell and I hope Muscletech will try to improve the consistency of their scoop to weight ratio.

    I have lost 50lbs on a weight loss journey and upping my protein has been instrumental in staving off hunger. I really enjoy the taste of this one. I find it’s less chalky than the others. One thing I dislike about protein powders is the clumps, foaming, consistency. My pro tip is to mix this up the night before you want to drink it to avoid all those problems.     I started to not bother writing a review as this product already has a lot of favorable reviews. I decided to go ahead so I could tell my story. I initially started my weight loss journey in March of 2022. Mainly through intermittent fasting. I quickly started losing weight and I was ecstatic. At that point, feeling hyped up by the weight loss, I decided to join a local gym. My main focus was weight loss. I only really cared about seeing the numbers drop on the scale…and drop they did. I am 5’2 and my starting weight was 156. I have a small frame and have been anywhere from 103 (high school) to 122 (after having 2nd child). Most people felt 156 looked great on me…maybe so but to me it was too much. My stomach always stayed relatively flat, so the weight was in my thighs and butt. Anyway, I digress. So after joining the gym in May I was able to get my weight down to 128 by mid August. Although I was down to 128 my body didn’t look tone. I was thinking it was because of my age (45). I was disappointed as I thought that would just be the way it was. I ended up having a conversation with someone in the gym and they suggested I increase my protein intake and start focusing on weight training. I agreed. After about 2 months of consistent weight training (4-5x a week) and consistent whey protein intake my body started to transform. I COULD NOT believe it. Maybe subconsciously didn’t think it would work. I also increased my caloric intake as well because I was so focus initially on losing weight I was in a severe caloric deficit. I am now at about 130-132 and I’m am loving the way my body looks and feel. I’m not done sculpting yet but I am so excited to see what I’ll be looking like by May 2023, which be a year since starting the gym. I’m not trying to look like a pro body builder or anything like that, I just want to be nicely toned. I LOVE THIS WHEY PROTEIN. It is the way to go if you are trying to build muscle and tone. I ordered it in vanilla flavor and the taste isn’t bad. I definitely recommend! 👍🏾👍🏾

    Right out of the bag this may be one of the most delicious proteins I’ve had in a long time. It mixes extremely well and more importantly it sits well on my stomach or some of the other proteins I’ve had doesn’t. I took a few pictures just to show you that after 24 hours there is no settling on the bottom of my mix cup like some of the cheap protein…meaning, if you have 3/8 of an inch settling on the bottom of your mix cup after you mix your protein you probably should look at getting another protein… just my opinion. I also took a short 16 second video that showed you how smooth the protein was there’s no clumping it’s not thick or thin it really does seem to be just the right consistency. I’m always a little skeptical of net weight so I actually weighed it and it came in just a tiny bit over 10 lb I should have taken a picture of that…lol… so far my recovery has been pretty great. I’m happy so far, we’ll see how I feel after this 10 lb bag is done and whether I continue but it looks pretty good that I will be a reoccurring customer. Hope this helps.
