   This is an excellent choice for supplementing with protein because its primary ingredient is whey isolate, which is generally easier on the stomach than whole whey proteins. It also blends more easily and has a much more juice-like texture than whole whey. Since I usually go to the gym right after work, it’s helpful to be able to use a product like this that blends so easily with just a shaker bottle rather than needing a blender. There were no solid chunks or grit in this when I mixed it. It mixes with water to a light yellowish color, as shown in my review photo. The flavor is basic vanilla, which is just fine on its own or nice to blend with either fruit or other ingredients.

   Before picking out this massive 5lb jug of protein powder, I took a glance at some reviews, and maybe it’s just me, but I really enjoy the taste of this protein powder! It has a very fine texture and mixes effortlessly in both milk and water, which hasn’t always been the case with other protein powders I’ve tried in the past. Recently, I’ve been opting for pre-packaged protein shakes, and I prefer ones with lower calorie counts. So, having a product that offers 110 calories with 25g of protein per serving is something I truly appreciate. While this amount of protein powder may seem excessive for my personal use, I’m a huge fan of it. So much so, that once I’ve finished this 5lb container, I can definitely see myself purchasing regularly.

   Overall I like this for it’s taste (not too sweet or overpowering) although most of the protein powders I’ve tried hit your taste buds a lot more. So if a sweeter taste is a factor for you, I would not suggest to get this one.
   Pretty standard protein and AAs for what an isolate should have so there’s no problems there.

   The most annoying thing is when I mix the powder, it foams like crazy and it drives me nuts! Never had this issue with brands like Myprotein or Sports nutrition or even Optimum…

   This has quickly become my go to after workout shake. I’ve tried several different brands, and this is by far my favorite. I’m a bit picky with my protein shakes. Most have a pretty bad aftertaste, but this does not! In fact, it tastes delicious! It has a smooth, creamy chocolate flavor to it. It’s perfect to use right after my workouts as a post workout shake. It’s low in calories and has a good amount of protein. When I’m on the go, I just add water and it tastes great. However, when I’m at home I use it as a meal supplement and make a shake. I just add a few cubes of ice, peanut butter, bananas and blueberries. It’s delicious and fills me up. Yummmm!    Overall I’m liking this protein a lot. Mixes well and doesn’t leave me with an upset stomach. However, if you like a super sweet protein mix then this probably isn’t for you. It doesn’t have a bad flavor, but it’s very much unsweetened. The ingredients are great though and from what I can tell they’ve been sourced well

   I’ve been working out while maintaining a keto diet and tracking my macros. I always seem to come up a little short of protein, so I gave this a try. The smell is great, and so is the taste. It dissolves very easily. I’ve tried it in water, milk, and coffee—it dissolves fast in all of them. I really like the ingredient list, but I’m not thrilled that some ingredients are bioengineered. I am glad that the company discloses that info, though. I initially made a glass of this in water as my last “snack” of the day. It tasted great, but within minutes, I had mild stomach upset. After a few days, I decided to try it mixed in milk. It also tasted great, but it still triggered a tummy ache—nothing horrible, but not pleasant either. Again, after a few days, I was looking for another approach. I changed things up a little and mixed 1 tablespoon of powder with 1 ounce of water and 1 ounce of milk. I use a little hand frother, and it ends up being the perfect addition to my morning coffee. No stomach upset, and I’m getting the extra protein that I need.

    This ISO Whey protein powder is excellent. The price is very competitive with other products, and the quality of all the products I have tried from MuscleTech is undeniable. The one small thing I would mention is that when mixing this with coconut milk (which is what I drink), the mixture holds a lot of bubbles for quite a while. To get around this I mix up a shake for breakfast the night before. Then, instead of shaking the mix in the morning, I stir it with a spoon. Then most of the bubbles are gone. BTW, the taste is fantastic!

    Muscletech has been around for a long time and they have always tried to keep good taste with good price. 25g of protein is on the low end but good taste protein bcaa and eaa it’s a winner .     The MuscleTech vanilla is a good light-tasting vanilla whey drink that mixes easily and tastes smooth. Unfortunately the other ingredients aren’t the best and there isn’t any nutritional value besides the protein, so it’s strictly a protein shake. They list artificial flavors and they use sucralose for sweetener, which is not the greatest. If this had an amazing unique flavor, the rest of it would be fine, but it’s really very simple and unimpressive. It’s all very good quality for what it is though (as you can see in the pic). And there’s a lot of it, though I don’t know if it justifies nearly $50. I think this would make a great protein add-on for fruit smoothies or other drinks. I added some cinnamon cereal-flavored greens to this and that was amazing.

    I haven’t used a protein supplement in years but I really enjoyed the taste of this one. Mixed well in a shaker and is also very satisfying. It could easily replace a meal. It’s a huge tub with a far out expiration date of August 2026 so it should stay fresh for a long time. Not sure if I would reorder as I typically look for products without artificial sweeteners and this one has sucralose. But if that doesn’t bother you, then go for it! It tastes good, has high amount of protein and comes from a reputable brand.

    I checked out their other products and they have even better macros on some other protein they have but I was astonished at 25g of protein per 110 calories. Usually 25g of protein is in the ballpark of 125-200 calories. The flavor was pretty good too. I would say, the scoop size is pretty large, so for the people like myself that like to double scoop, you’ll have to split that into 2 separate shakes otherwise you’re gonna be drinking clumps

    What can I say, this is whey protein powder. It’s 25g of protein, which is about an average amount of whey protein in a serving. Some fitness specialists recommend 30g of protein, so perhaps you should do 1 1/5 scoops or get that from the milk you mix it with. But that will depend on your macro needs. There are cheaper protein powders on the market, but they use a cheaper whey protein concentrate. Muscletech uses the better version of whey protein isolate. Which often times has fewer carbs, fat and lactose. The Isowhey had a nice creamy vanilla taste and it mixed fairly easy. This product had no fat and only one gram of sugar. Which is very good compared to similar products. This product is diffidently worth the price, for anyone looking to add quick protein into their diet.
