I use these shakes as breakfast or a snack when I don’t have time for real food for hours. There’s enough protein to keep me going and the low carb/sugar means I would get a big sugar crash after it digests. I can’t seem to find this “light” vanilla in my local stores, so I’m overpaying for it online but it’s still worth it to me. The flavor isn’t like a legitimate delicious shake, but it’s lighter than the chocolate version and overall tolerable.

I think the muscle milk is well worth the money I pay for it. I get the vanilla cream and I love the flavor. I mostly put it in cereal so I got a nice boost of protein and it makes the cereal taste good it’s sweet but it has no sugar in it which I like. As far as the packaging goes for the most part the tops come off okay but you need to give it a really good hard turn sometimes I can’t get the tops of them off with my hands only so I use pliers LOL and I wish it they were easier to open. But I love my muscle milk.

Tried my first one and it tastes awful. But at least it doesn’t taste horrible. I’m going to try the Chocolate if I can get through the rest of the vanilla. I make my own protein shakes and they taste great but their probably 500 calories. These are not all that bad for just 100 calories. I hope I can get used to them.

We tried the ones with 40 grams and 32 grams of protein but they both tasted too chalky. This one tasted way better and only 100 calories. It does not taste like milk. Kinda like a sweet cream drink. Would be good in a smoothie and they stay cold for a long time after taking out of the fridge. I have not seen this one in the stores but the price on here is on par or lower. I will be buy this again

I use this protein drink because it has no sugar, low carbs, some fiber and 20 grams of protein. It is the best I could find for what’s in and not in a protein drink. It also tastes great compared to other products like this I’ve tried. All of this for only 100 calories. I like a pick me up in the afternoon and this is super without junk. These are nasty but convenient and can be made to taste better, I like to add cinnamon and tablespoon of pb2 powder, use my milk frother and mix it, tastes ok over ice, or just chug it after the gym.
