You don’t have to be an athlete to use this. I use protein shakes for my breakfast cause I’m always in a hurry. I bought the cookies and cream flavor and it was delicious! A good alternative to vanilla. Paid 20$ after taxes and it’s such a great deal cause it means that for 20$, I have all my breakfast meals covered for an entire month! Probaly longer cause since it’s so high in protein, you can get away with half a scoop if desired. Can’t beat that. It disolves great. The powder is really fine and it doesn’t clump. It’s not super sweet like a drink from Dunkin Donuts but it’s sweet enough on it’s own. I sometimes add a little agave for added sweetness and some powdered milk to make it creamier, but it’s not a must. Tastes well enough on it’s own. I just wish the other flavors weren’t so expensive. I don’t quite understand why cookies and cream was $18.99 but the peanut butter chocolate is twice as much???? But overall, I do recommend it and will purchase again.

A year or two ago I found this protein in a store in NC. I fell in love with it and the flavor making it easy to use as a meal replacement. After two years of not being able to find it in store I decided just to order it. Digging in expecting to taste the same great taste , I immediately noticed the decrease in flavor. I have always used almond milk with it and did the same this time as well.
It does have strawberry flavor but I would say that it’s not as concentrated as before. Flavor is all about preference. I am going to still leave 5stars since it mixes well, works well, and that I can still taste the strawberry creme flavor.
Be aware of the serving sizes and servings per container. People are giving it a bad review because they failed to read the nutrition label for both servings and macros.

Whenever I want to get back into shape after a 1-2 month layoff, Muscle Milk is great! It really gives me a solid build. I would definitely recommend, if you’re considering this product, that you drink a lot of fluids because the powder mix tends to give me dry-mouth a lot. As long as you drink plenty of fluids and keep to a solid routine, you’re bound to be happy with the results. Be careful with the doses, however. I started using this product a few years ago and I used the recommended dose (2 cups before and 2 cups after work out; and 2 cups before you go to bed; 2 cups on days off) — I went from 190lbs to 215lbs in 6 months and was not happy because my face blew up and looked like I was fat. I have cut the dosage in half where I take 2 cups before the workout and 1 cup after. I don’t take anything before I go to bed. It’s too much. It’s about 650 calories with milk and about 350 calories if you use water with the mix. I use the milk, the shake TASTES GREAT! COOKIES AND CREAM!!! THE BEST!!!
