I’ve been using this as my post workout supplement for over a year. I can tell you that it works to speed recovery and soreness after an intense workout. When I didn’t use Phenix after a workout I was much more sore than when I took the supplement. This combined with other Mtn Ops products is a great choice. 30 serving last me over a month and can be taken before, after or during your workout for different results. The products has a good amount of BCAA’s which are essential for post recovery as well as other good ingredients that I have researched. Highly recommend Phenix for workout recovery.
