This is a pretty standard whey protein powder. Its a mix of whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. There is no casein and therefore its a bit thinner consistency than blends with casein. But having the whey isolate also means its faster absorbing and minimal carbs (only 2g carbs per scoop).
There are 23g of protein per 110 calories which I consider excellent ratio for a protein powder. The taste and consistency is quite as excellent. Its not super sweet and blindfolded I wouldnt be able to say the flavor is cookies and cream but its okay. I use the powder more often in oatmeal to make protein oats where its perfect as a flavor and texture boost. I think its less effective as a shake. Its also good in a ninja creami ice cream recipe.

This is of a very good quality. Amount of protein to calorie ratio is exceptional. Good value for your money. Taste good and mixes very well. Has what you need without alot of extra fillers. I highly recommend.

If I could give this a 3.75 I think that would be about right. I have had great success with Moutain Ops supplements but this one is just Average. It mixes well with regard to no clumps but leaves a bit of a chalky quality that coats your tongue and almost reminds me of a plant based protein powder (although not nearly as bad). Taste is very mild, not sweet at all, even when mixed with lower amounts of water. Not sure it really reminds me of cookies and cream or not and I suppose that you could say the slight grit is “pulverized” cookies but I’ve had some other cookies and cream flavored protein powders with real chunks that I think gave a better impression. Macro’s and ingredients are good. Overall, nothing terrible but it wouldn’t be my 1st choice for a cookies and cream protein powder.

This one I was going back and forth with between 3 and 4 stars. If it didn’t have the BCAA blend in it, it would have definitely been 3. The instructions say to mix 10 to 14 ounces of water or your favorite beverage with 1 scoop. I went with 12 ounces of water. I will note that is a lot more than most whey protein powders which you usually only use 8 ounces. Doing what I did produced a very watery drink that only lightly tasted like cookies and cream, and there was residue.
I tried mixing it with 8 ounces of water to try to produce a thicker and richer drink. That did help greatly with it not tasting watery, though it was very gritty and chalky at that point. The 23g of protein are solid, though given the cost per serving (roughly $1.67) compared to what you are getting, leaves me really on the fence if I would get it again. They are comparable products on the market, which a higher serving of protein, that give you far more value for what you are spending.
In the end it comes down to preference.

Tastes great with either water or milk. I’ve generally found that protein powder with water is awful but this formulation is actually pretty good. Mixes decently, no worse than most protein powders. There are a lot of extras in this that I’m not sure do that much but the overall macros are not bad. Its not a meal replacement so having it before bed works well. Overall I would recommend.

Giant container with a nice cookies and cream taste – just keep in mind they do sweeten it with sucralose so avoid if you don’t like artificial sweeteners. Good stats on the protien, etc as well.

This has proved to be a great mixing and very good tasting protein. I have blended it and used in a shaker with cold water , almond milk and skim full dairy milk with equally good results. The flavor is accurate and I have been able to add fruit and still have an extremly pleasant smoothy with several different textures. Adding ice and water for more of a light flavor is my favorite type of smoothie with this particular powder.
