This stuff is pretty awesome. The cookies & cream flavor tastes great and mixes easily in milk or water. 1-2 scoops makes a great shake that isn’t crazy high on calories. This is perfect for any time.

I like the cookies and cream flavor this product has, but it is way too sweet and hard to drink 16oz of a super sweet beverage. It also has quite a grainy texture, but I could probably forgive that if it wasn’t so sickening sweet.
This feels like something that you have to chug down forcefully and not something that is enjoyable or even something that is not ideal but fine.
Also makes me a little nauseous after drinking this.

This protein powder has flax for fiber and added vitamins and vegetable powder. It tastes delicious and works as a smoothie, protein shake, or added to plain yogurt for a treat. I am thankful I read the back of the bag fully because since it has raw flax in it, it says to “refrigerate after opening” as flax quickly oxidizes, so I will be sure to keep this in the refrigerator.

The good – package arrived and it was super-full with very little air in the bag. The bad – the powder stinks. I mixed one scoop per directions with milk and used a hand blender to mix it up. Initial blend mixed well but stuff suspended in the milk dropped to the bottom leaving an icky gooey residue. Taste: Overly-sweet with an artificial cookies and cream flavor and a chalky/gritty aftertaste. Requires refrigeration after opening. Not a fan overall.

I’m always on a quest to get more protein, and this is a great help to that with 19 grams per serving. I mixed it in a shaker bottle with oat milk–it mixed super easily and tastes great! It’s sweet but not overly fake sweet. Note that it does seem to need to be refrigerated even as powder. The price seems a little high at first if you’re not familiar with protein powder prices, but for protein powder products I think it’s pretty reasonable.
