I cant rate this as a nutritionist. But it tastes great with water or milk. Dissolves well. And plays well with other flavors, like chocolate and peanut butter. I would buy again and recommend if after reading the label appeals to your needs.

Cleanest hydrolyzed protein with glutamine I was able to find. Everything else is either not hydrolyzed or has some sort of additive or filler. The price is very competitive and the free tshirt that came with it was a really nice surprise. I’d actually buy more of the tshirts for the fit and quality of it. The company that sells this is kind of obscure as they’re not selling on sites like bodybuilding.com so I hope they continue to make products like this.

So what drew me in was that this protein has 30 grams of protein which is awesome but I knew there was a catch to it because the chocolate flavor is absolutely terrible. I can’t even explain what it taste like but its awful it almost taste like its rancid. I tried drinking it in different ways with oat milk and then I tried it again with oat milk and mixed fruits but it still couldn’t cover up that terrible taste. Also, I ordered the Chocolate Lava Cake and received the Chocolate Shake flavor not sure if there’s 2 different flavors or thats the updated flavor. Either way, avoid the chocolate flavor! I might try the Vanilla Bean since reviews have been good about that flavor.
