I enjoy the taste of this protein, I know it’s high quality nutrition (recommended by a friend with a PhD in nutrition), and the vanilla makes a great base for smoothies. When using a shaker bottle, it’s good if you can let it sit for a few minutes before drinking. The vanilla doesn’t dissolve quite as quickly as the chocolate and that will allow the last clumps to dissolve for a smooth texture.
