I’ve never had lactose intolerance before, but there is something that doesn’t agree with my body using this protein powder. I’ve used this product 6 days in row until I realized the bloating and bathroom emergencies were coming from this powder. The bloating took about 2 days to go away. I did not notice any of benefits this product claims, just the side effects. I really wanted this product to help me and give me that extra boost, but unfortunately this one is not it.

My biggest criticism for this is the caffeine. After trying for a month, i wanted a standard protein powder and go to the pills without caffeine. Sometimes I time a protein shake in evening, but can’t with this product.
Also the digestive enzymes are ok. Didn’t really act like a probiotic that I thought they would. Caused more gas than anything

Always a little suspect because of the taste of most shakes, Mdrive start was actually a pretty good tasting shake just mixed with cold water in a shaker bottle. It curbed my early morning hunger and successfully replaced that morning cup of coffee without leaving me feeling sluggish. I would certainly recommend to anyone as an addition to a nutrition regimen.
