   Love this..it’s low glycemic,tastes amazing and thickens up well in my shaker bottle with water or my 30 calorie unsweetened almond milk. No need to use the blender,it’s perfect in its own…no chalky after taste. I put a tablespoon of flax meal in it also, and I’m set until dinner..going to buy a couple other flavors,glad I took the chance..this one is strawberry….update:started to put it in plain Greek yogurt. I also add my grass fed collagen,oat bran,and flax to the yogurt mix,it is so good…bought the banana and peanut butter flavors also.love it

   I drink this for my lunch every day. I mix it with Vanilla Almond Milk for lower calories and carbs. It mixes super fast and then I add ice to the mixture and blend it until it is milk shake consistency. It is so filling and keeps me from having the mid afternoon munchies. I prefer the chocolate or the peanut butter flavors.

   I love matrix. It’s been my favorite for the last couple years. Unfortunately this batch tasted a little off. Normally it has a great tasting and mixes in perfect. The price is great and it doesn’t have to much crap in it. It’s not “clean” but I think it’s decently good.

   I decided to purchase this protein drink after a couple of my co-workers recommended it. They had both gone through weight loss surgery and were given this protein drink to use to before and after surgery.

   This protein drink is less powdery tasting than most other protein drinks that I have tried. The chocolate does not taste anything like a chocolate milk shake but it is better than any of the store bought chocolate protein shakes. I actually purchased this one with the peanut butter protein shake to make a peanut butter and chocolate protein shake. I would not recommend that! They both taste great separately but together the flavore do not mix well.

   I would recommend freezing the shake first. The taste is much better when it is really cold and the thickness created from mixing them makes it seem more like a frozen treat. If you are wondering if this shake will make you feel full.. It will! If you are disciplined enough to follow a plan this shake really does help with results.

   I was previously using the orange dreamsicle version of this product but, either they are out of it now or have discontinued it so, I switched to the chocolate. It really does taste great! I have a shake for lunch every day at work for multiple reasons. One, it’s cheaper than anything else that would get me this much protein. Two, it’s quick and easy so I have more time to relax. Three, with the three types of protein (fast, medium and slow-release), it gives me the energy I need to get through the day. It also mixes very easily. I use way less water than it recommends and it’s always smooth and lump-free. I use a blender bottle with a wire whisk ball. Good stuff! I’m sure any of the other flavors are just as good considering how good the orange dreamsicle was and how good the chocolate is.

   Has a great balance of lysine vs arginine i have found in any protein powder. Also has a good amount of calcuim and iron! So def great additive for women who typically are low on both! Tastes great. I got milk chocolate. At first I was mixing with milk, but if you mix with water it tastes the same! Now I just put like 1/4 milk then the rest water and you get the foamy chocolatey milk after shaking. Sometimes I add in a half scoop of carnation instant breakfast for more vitamins. It does clump a bit, but im using the mini shakers with the screen lid.. a bigger shaker w ball would mix it better. Best chocolate flavor I’ve had, i use to buy CorePower drinks at the store but being 3$each it was pricy! This has just as much protein and tastes even better!
