For me, I didn’t like this flavor. But it’s a protein drink, and it’s a solid one. I use a single banana to add to the mixture in my blender and that gives me and equal ratio of carbs:protein which isn’t important for most, but as a diabetic it solves my immediate needs. It definitely solves my flavor needs, the banana melds with whatever aftertaste exists and it makes it solid for me.

Thought this protein would be good. All of the other products that i have purchased from Man Sports have been awesome! This protein was way too sweet and a little grainy. You can taste the blue berries. Can’t return, so I’m going to mix it in small doses.
