Obviously this originally was for hospital/ nursing home settings but this is huge for bodybuilding. I don’t like the way collagen tastes, but I mix this in 100% cranberry juice with a splash of water. Cranberry cuts the collagen flavor, water dilutes the thickness of the drink further and the LiquaCel’s apple flavor adds sweetness. 10/10 recommend for bodybuilding!

Concentrated and great way to get added protein in your diet. Just a mild back taste but have been able to get rid of that by mixing with juice instead of water. If you mix it with the apple juice it has a really great flavor.
I personally prefer the grape and am ambivalent about the watermelon.
