   I drink this once a day. 2 scoops in a smaller shaker bottle with coffee, Irish cream creamer, and whole milk, as my breakfast. Then I drink the raspberry lemon keto electrolyte mix with a bottle of water. Then eat and snack normal and drink water. I’ve lost 14.3 pounds so far since 2 weeks ago when I started this. Nothing different physical activity wise. I can’t imagine how much I would lose if I was super active. It’s legit. I did notice an increase and energy, after a week it leveled out.

   I’ve been using this as my goto powder for about a week now.

   For flavor, I’d give it a 7/10. That’s actually pretty good. I’ve never found a powder I enjoy the flavor of, but this isn’t offensive in the least, and when blended with a banana for example, isn’t bad at all

   Speaking of blending, it blends well without leaving a bunch of clumps. To me, that’s the most important part of a mix, I hate when I’m drinking it and a big block of powder hits my tongue… Hasn’t happened yet with this one

   Compared to the brand I usually use from Costco, this one is a slightly better value, and comparable on quality. Once I’m thru the first tub I’ll make a decision, but at this point, I think I might be switching permanently!

   I use this with almond milk and my milk frother for reference. This tastes surprisingly good! This is a very rich chocolate taste and can be a little sweet for some, but I love it. This really satisfies my sweet tooth and leaves me feeling great after my workouts, or as a meal replacement. I love that this has collagen in it too! This is an all around great powder its tasty, blends well, keeps me full, I mean its everything that I needed.

   This stuff is great, well worth the cost. As a buyer of the previous version of this product, I think this newer version has been tweaked (bought the sweet cream) for the better. I use it once a day mixed with almond/coconut milk as a meal replacement. It is smooth, creamy and delicious, and doesn’t have any of that “sugar substitute aftertaste” that is so typical of stevia-based products. And, can’t believe it’s just 1 gram of carbohydrates! If you’re just starting Keto, this is a simple meal or snack that DOES keep you going. I will definitely be back for more!

   I am very picky about protein shakes. They either are chalky or grainy no matter how much I blend it or there is a bad aftertaste. This one blends well with minimal effort. One to three pulses in a Ninja cup blender and it is totally dissolved with no grainy taste. The taste is wonderful even though vanilla would not be my first flavor choice. No bad aftertaste or chemical taste. Minus one star as one serving of 2 scoops only contains 10 grams of protein. Most protein shakes have 25-30 grams.

    I definitely feel like you get a lot for the price. I got the chocolate flavor and I mixed it with my morning coffee and ice to make a frappe. It tasted pretty good and was nice and creamy! I think I would maybe like a vanilla flavor better though. Overall I enjoyed this shake and would recommend.

    This is a good value for the price. It seems of good quality. My husband who loves stevia liked it. For me, stevia sweetness was overpowering. I wish they would have stayed with monk fruit and allulose only in their signature sweetener blend. I personally don’t like stevia very much, didn’t like it tasted super strong and the aftertaste as well. Please, Take stevia out of your formula!!!

    This stuff is so far superior to Perfect Keto. Not only is it from grass-fed cows, but it also contains collagen and butter. The consistency is very smooth, which probably comes from the butter. It doesn’t separate if it sits for awhile. The flavor is also fantastic, kind of chocolate caramel, and because it’s sweetened with monk fruit, doesn’t have that bitter stevia aftertaste – it almost tastes like there is a bit of real sugar in it – not overly sweet and cloying but just enough to make it taste good. The vast majority of the ingredients aren’t too nefarious, unlike almost all of the other whey products on the market. It’s about 1/3 the price of Perfect Keto for an equivalent amount, plus the canisters have more servings (thereby cutting down on packaging waste). I think the special I got is still available as well, which cut the price down even more. At the time I paid about 100 bucks for 3 canisters.

    This smelt like a gym bag and tasted old and funky. Horribly disappointed.
    The vanilla is PHENOMENAL. Chocolate is not.

    Taste wise it is very good but it is very watery. Doesn’t take hardly any water to us the recommended 2 scoops. Not crazy about it. There are way better products for cheaper than this
