This is the first plant based protein powder I’ve bought, and I will say it was not disappointing like I had anticipated. While the powder is easier to spill and knock into the air (making a bit of a mess) than whey, the flavor is just shy of tasting like vanilla ice cream (in fat free greek yogurt)! I’ve also made protein muffins that turned out nicely. Spongey texture, so it doesn’t get hard like whey protein!

Plant powered protein that is actually good!!! I generally don’t love plant protein but the texture and flavor of this one is actually very good. There is no chalkiness; it’s thicker than milk but mixes easily and smoothly. The flavor is similar in my opinion to brown sugar oatmeal. It’s very good and I often use this as a post workout.

This is so good! I’ve been searching for a good vegan protein after Bowmar changed their formulation a couple of years ago and I finally found one that compares very well and may even be better!
