   I like this flavor, you can add chocolate or matcha or mint and change it up. I also recommend the cake batter flavor, it’s reminiscent of vanilla milk shake. I found the cookies and cream flavor to be gross and unsalvageable even with adding a banana. Starting at 4’11 125lbs, I’ve gradually lost 8lbs with this shake over a period of six months. I am already active/healthy and weightloss comes slowly at my height. It makes breakfast easy to prepare.

   This is by far the best shake powder in all ways possible. I am a real person, this is a real review. I originally got my Lean1 drinks from the local Smoothie King store, but now I buy online. And the fact that they offer a bulk bag for a good price, simply awesome! The vanilla is, by far, their best flavor. This stuff really kills your appetite, which means you can do breakfast+lunch on shakes, then eat dinner & lose weight. I have lost 53 lbs using this stuff. Vanilla mixes well with fruit and veggies in a blender. Tried other brands, always come back to this.

   Lean1 is the best meal replacement / protein powder I have tried — and I have tried many. The product tastes good, and it keeps me satisfied for hours. Read the label. You will see the high level of nutrition in the product. It is loaded with vegetables, fruit and protein. It provides the perfect healthy meal replacement.

   Lean 1 is a great value. I buy the 5 lb. bag. The cost per serving is less than $1.60.

   Vanilla is my favorite flavor, but I always have chocolate on hand. Try different items to mix with it. I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk instead of water. It adds only 30 calories, and improves on an already great flavor. Use different frozen fruits. On the advice of a dietitian, on occasion, I add a square of 85% dark chocolate. These are so good, I will have them for breakfast and supper. I recommend giving it a try.

   I have spent approx a thousand dollars on “so called great tasting protein powders” in the last year alone. Haven’t liked any of them. I purchased gladiator protein from smoothly king and actually like and enjoy it in my smoothies. After a few months I tied Lean 1 (strawberry) I’m usually a vanilla girl for protein.
   I loved it. I could even drink it mixed with water. I usually add fruit etc. but in a pinch I can drink this without. It mixes easily . So I decided to buy another from bestproteinpowder4women.net, I ment to order strawberry, but apparently I bought mango. (I should wear my glasses. I was disappointed when mango arrived, but hey I do love mango flavored anything. I am now doing mango flavored and I will say it is pretty good if I mix in frozen mango, pineapple and a banana!
   So mango for a win until I can get strawberry again.

   I have tried a few different meal replacements and this is my favorite. The 5 pound bag is the best value if you’re going to have it every day. I have it 2x a day and have lost around 15 pounds in 3 months. I have tried the vanilla & the birthday cake and love both flavors. I mix mine with vanilla almond milk, flaxseed & ice, sometimes I add dark frozen cherries or pumpkin & cinnamon. Some reviews mentioned having a hard time closing the zip bag, I had that problem at first too. The powder gets stuck inside the zip, but I just use my nail or the tip of a safety pin and slide it across the inside of the zip until the powder falls out and the bag will close tight after that.

Works great, but the price is a little high and the drive there in the morning adds an extra 20 minutes to my trip. Decided to try this. Mix three scoops, a cup of lactose free milk, some ice and one of the single serve Cafe Bustelo instant espresso and I have what I’ve been wanting forever – a coffee flavored Slim n’ Trim smoothie.

   Saving a huge amount of money. Plus, my blood sugar is perfect for the three days since I started making them.

   I have been using this product for a few months now. I started researching it after realizing that Smoothie King puts it in some of their smoothies. The vanilla flavor is great. I have also tried chocolate and birthday cake, but I didn’t really care for either. There is also no need to add any sweetener when using this product. I can go for hours without feeling hungry.
