   I drink a lot of protein. Try and get 150g daily. This is cheap calories for decent amount of protein. Kion stands out for its high-quality ingredients and sustainable sourcing. With a blend of organic pea, pumpkin seed, and watermelon seed proteins, it offers a complete amino acid profile. Free from artificial additives, it provides a clean and effective protein source for optimal performance and recovery. I compare it to Just Ingredients. I substitute the two interchangeably. About the same price. The other I used to drink but stopped due to crap ingredients.

   KION replied and offered to replace the item or give a full refund. Really good customer service. Hopefully the bag I received was somehow just part of a bad batch. 3/12/24
   On the positive side, this product mixes easily with water or soy milk. I love the idea of grass fed cows and heavy metal testing that is done by this company. Unfortunately, it smells and tastes rancid. The expiration date is over a year away. I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem, but now I have 1.6 lbs of product that I won’t be using.

   If you’re used to the typical protein powder with all the sugary flavors, etc., this is not for you. If you’re looking for something clean with no artificial sweeteners and chemicals, this is perfect. Tastes great to me, mixed with berries and almond butter and Megaplants cacao magic five mushroom blend for an added boost before my workouts

   My father had low protein levels, and this has been great. He doesn’t eat much at 83. It’s easily added to yogurt or homemade smoothies. Better than the commercial drinks because those have too much sugar.

   This is by far the best protein powder I’ve ever tried. It’s sort of expensive, but worth it. It tastes more like a milk shake than a protein shake.

   I love the product. Mixes frothy, when it settles, it gets a bit water but a gentle shake and it’s fine. I buy unflavored and I add either my fruit or cacao powder or vanilla extract or coffee extract! I’ve added a spoonful of almond butter as well and every option tastes great. I’ve used with water and ice as well as with milk powder (I like Juddees) and ice. I just am not sure the price is sustainable long term but as long as I can buy this- it is my first choice.
