   I’ve been taking collagen powder for a couple of years for health reasons. I’ve tried a lot of different brands. I don’t generally like the taste of collagen powder;, but I take it because its good for me. I don’t expect it to be tasty; I’m generally happy if it’s tolerable. Which is why I was surprised by this Ketologic collagen powder in Chocolate. It actually tastes good. Really good. It has a rich cocoa flavor that isn’t too sweet. Besides collagen, it contain cocoa and other unspecified natural flavorings, Himalayan salt and stevia . There aren’t any other additives. It seems to be good quality and it blends fairly well. The price is fair too for a large tub.

   Minimal quality ingredients make this a standout option! Taste is on point for a naturally flavored drink, and it mixes well. I really appreciate they used stevia over other unhealthy ingredients. I drop a scoop in my first cup of coffee every morning!

   I am usually sensitive to the glass-fed collagen after tasted, but this is actually very good. I think the chocolate flavor just hides it which is not too noticeable. I also like that the collagen powder is made with stevia which is always a plus.

   My husband said he couldn’t taste anything, but I could. I didn’t enjoy the taste but the overall quality is excellent and I was able to get used to it so I did keep taking it. Great servings for the price and good quality ingredients. I would purchase again.

   I like to take collagen in my coffee for its health benefits and to boost my protein intake. This powder dissolves easily in my coffee and adds a pleasant chocolatey flavor. Very pleased with the product but the container is grossly oversized for the amount of product. I understand products settle in shipping but the container is half air. Not a reason to reduce the rating, just would be nice if the container wasn’t so oversized and it didn’t take up so much space.

   I typically have my 10 – 20 g of collagen per day in an unfavored format. It’s the lowest calorie option, but it means I need to find things to mix it with, usually whey protein powder. This can mean I take too much whey + collagen at a time for optimal absorption. Having a flavored collagen allows me to have it separately. This collagen powder only adds small number of calories from non-collagen ingredients in the form of cocoa powder. The taste is smooth and cocoa-y and it mixes well with water. There is a slight smell, as is the case with nearly all collagen powder. It is easy on the stomach. The price is also pretty competitive.

   However, this is four instead of five stars because the product is a little vague on sourcing detail. Is it bovine collagen? Probably, but the packaging doesn’t say. Where is it made? What third party testing or certifications have been done? Again, not disclosed. If this is important to you, do more research before you buy.

   Nice natural way to get my collagen in. It tastes like a chocolate smoothie and can be mixed so well with my shakes or with a few fruits and ice. It dissolves easily and I’m left with a nice rich chocolate fruit flavor. Hoping for a good results with it.

    This powder is good for adding to smoothies. It is tasteless. It does have a little off putting smell to it, however once I mix it with a smoothie it goes away. It is difficult to milk with juice or water as it doesn’t dissolve well in that. But overall it is a good powder and has great ingredients along with many benefits that collagen provides.

    I’ve purchased a few unflavored collagen powders, and when comparing them, a serving of this powder is half the amount of calories and protein, compared to the others. However, the others list a serving as two scoops, and this one is listed as one scoop. Which would mean that this has 20 servings (not 41) if I want to get the same benefits as other powders I have. While this is listed as unflavored, there’s a little bit of a meaty flavor to it when combined with just plain water. I could still taste it a bit with a strong lavender black tea, but it was overall fine. I would definitely recommend using the unflavored powder with a strong flavor to help mask it, like a strong tea or blended into a smoothie. It dissolved really well. The left side shows before and the right after. The swirl in the middle is not unblended mix. It did really well in hot water.

    The Ketologic Grass Fed Collagen (Chocolate Flavor 1LB) has a significantly more pleasant taste compared to other collagen powders I’ve tried. It contains natural flavors and stevia as sweeteners. While it requires a bit of shaking to dissolve, it eventually dissolves completely, unlike some other brands. This product offers 31 servings, which is one more than the usual 30 servings found in many other collagen powders.

    This is truly flavorless, and completely disappears into my keto shakes. It’s perfect for my morning routine, and makes it easier to stay on my keto diet without worrying about gut health. The flavorless kind has no other ingredients other than just collagen.

    This one gets a mixed review from me. I like the Pedigree of this product (the folks that founded Ketologic in 2016), but find the mild taste slightly off-putting and also product transparency is a bit lacking in my opinion. What follows is primarily a safety review that considers the manufacturers of this product as well as the apparent quality of the product itself. Transparency (lowish): Ketologic has trademark activity dating to 2017, so a 6 year history. While they have a website, I couldn’t find an “about us” (although Google has records of such a page one time, but the videos of founder McCandless are now blank). According to Google AI, Ketologic was founded in 2016 by Michael Hockenberry, Brian Kinn, and Mike McCandless and is a subsidiary of Disruptive Enterprises, LLC. KetoLogic’s headquarters are in Durham, NC.” (I believe that these are the men who are or were behind the athletic brands Scivation and PrimaForce). We aren’t told the source of this collagen, but “Grass Fed” argues for Bovine. Accountability (unknown): This product is manufactured for Kegologic (and not by them). I don’t see any information on the listing or container about where or how this was made (whether the facilities are Good Manufacturing Practices Certified). On their website the “returns and shipping” page is in latin, and translates pretty much into gibberish. Quality: I usually put collagen in my oatmeal. When I first dumped a scoop in the smell caused me to be concerned that my oatmeal was ruined. That said, by the time I’d finished adding all my usual ingredients (which includes a lot of sweet stuff and cinnamon) the taste had been masked enough. It did dissolve easily into my oatmeal, which isn’t always the case. My favorite collagen powder doesn’t mix as well (I have to mix it into my other protein powders before adding it to my oatmeal), but that one is a trademarked formulation, is made in a GMP certified facility and is truly tasteless (Fernes). I gave this product three stars because it lacks transparency and because there’s little to make up for what to me is a mildly unpleasant flavor (besides mixability and pedigree).
