Vanilla is delicious. Chocolate peanut butter not as good, sadly. Why is the PB flavor so hard to nail in a protein powder? This is my first time using casein so not sure how it compares to other brands but this one is a smooth and fine powder that blends well even in a shaker bottle. The vanilla tastes really good and has an even better texture.

It should be clear to everyone that the texture of casein isn’t the same as any other protein shake. This tastes great, the best I’ve ever had. Easy to dissolve. You can work the thickness by adding more liquid but I really like it thick, that way the flavor is more concentrated. I do fasting so it helps me a lot to take it in the morning, helping me with no appetite for a long time, especially if I train early.

I was very pleased with the quality and taste of the Vanilla Shake. I mix it in water and it mixes extremely well! I’ve seen a couple reviews about it being gritty..I’ve experienced none of that. Am I just a superior mixer? Maybe. Bottom line is this is some good stuff and if you have been debating the different caseins out there..give this a try. You’re gonna like the way you look, I guarantee it.

There are a lot of bad casein protein powders. This is one of the better ones. Great for baking. Kris Gethin sells a lot of pointless products in his supplement line, but I support this one.

Was excited to try this one in vanilla. Love the packaging, liked the macros, saw some good reviews. What a letdown. It tastes of milk powder (kind of nice) mixed with chalk (gross). The texture makes me think of cardboard that has been soaked in liquid for days until it disintegrates into cardboard mush—even after giving it a good spin in my vitamix blender.
Lots of other casein options on bestproteinpowder4women.net and most are cheaper than this stuff. Choose wisely.

I’ve experimented with a casein proteins. This is by far the best. The others are gross, chalky, hard to mix. These are thick and satisfying. I drink 1-4 scoops/shakes a day. I’m not tired of them. I’ve bought 6 tubs so far. Both flavors. I prefer the chocolate peanut butter, but both are good. I keep them both in the rotation for variety.
