I mixed my first glass with water, I had to spot it out. Wow, it is really hard to explain how spoiled it tasted. It was smore like rotten milk than anything remotely tasty. I dumped that glass out and tried it with a glass of goat’s milk. While the taste improved it did not improve enough for me to drink more of it and continue. So off to the trash it goes. Good luck with this stuff but keep in mind it is not returnable and the company will not even respond to any emails you may seen them. They just don’t care.

I drink goat milk so I expected a “goat” flavor but it is so mild that when blended with Ripple milk, fruit and stevia I don’t taste the goat milk flavor at all. It wouldn’t bother me if it did because I like goat milk, but it only tastes creamy. Also more easily digestible for me than any plant based protein products I have tried!

We love this. Simple clean protein for me and my partner after workouts. Easy to digest. Blends smoothly. Great glycemic index. And love that tart frothy ‘goat milk’ flavor and texture.

I struggle to eat enough, or often enough, so I put this powder in my chocolate milk to get a higher protein breakfast on the go. It’s an acquired taste, but half a scoop of this in 8 ounces of chocolate milk mixed with a protein shaker works well. I recommend using a straw to get past the “foam”. When I get time, I’ll try this in chocolate pudding. Great quality, and it’s storing very well while I work my way through it.

I only just try in this first bag. So I really can’t tell whether it’s doing a lot but I got a lot of stress. And I lost a lot of hair on my body, and i’m starting to get it back, so I don’t know whether that’s to that what I bought or just that my abuser died.

Price is amazing. Quality is awesome
And it blends super easy. Not as many scoops for protein and super not heavy. Easy to cook with too

I make all different kinds of smoothies with this and they turn out great! If you are lactose intolerant this could still give you issues. My husband is lacrosse intolerant and goats milk was recommend for him to try because it it easier to digest, but this still have him issues. For someone who is not intolerant like me this is great!
