   I almost didn’t buy this because another reviewer took a picture of the nutrition facts and it showed something like 10 carbs per serving! As you can see in my picture my package does not say that. The only negative feedback I would have is that you can’t really close the package so I had to wrap it in an extra package. (And it’s a little pricey i think, but it’s my first time buying this ingredient so maybe it’s normal?)

   I first purchased this product in the little bag a few weeks ago. I think the product itself is really great – minimal flavor and great quality (some protein powders make me feel stuffy or give me stomach cramps, but this one didn’t). I think it’s really good stuff, so I was excited to reorder when we emptied our first bag. For my second purchase, I decided to order the big bag for convenience and $ value. But I was really disappointed to open the bestproteinpowder4women.net box to find a huge mess because the seal on the product had been compromised. 🙁 I really hope someone from the company reaches out to me because I’ve wasted $22 since this product is supposedly not eligible for return or refund. To sum up, it’s a great product, but BUYER BEWARE.

I seen this ‘keto cloud bread’ on TikTok and on a whim bought this egg white powder to use. I was blown away at the result! It is identical to the texture of angel food cake and with the next time I make it I’m going to tweak the amount of sugar I use in it to satisfy my sweet tooth!    This was perfect! Our daughter is on the Autism spectrum and is a very picky eater (textures, tastes). She doesn’t get a whole lot of protein in her diet. Most of the shakes, drinks, bars, etc out there that have protein also have artificial sweeteners added to them, and that’s a HUGE NOPE for us! Endless searching brought me to this product and ones that were similar. Love the fact that this is JUST egg whites, and nothing else! Quick, convenient, healthy powdered protein. Smoothies are popular in our house – daughter loves them. This mixed perfectly into a smoothie with a banana, a few fresh strawberries, some frozen strawberries (in place of ice cubes), and a little bit of water. Mom & Dad will be using this powder too! Looking forward to trying it in other things. For now though, this egg white powder is a winner in our smoothies!

   If you’re a celiac person don’t purchase this product. It claims to be gluten free but after receiving the product there’s tiny, fine print saying it’s packaged in a facility where wheat is handled. I would return it if I could but I can’t so it’s a complete waste of money. Very disappointed.

    My first time trying egg white protein. It does have a slight salty aftertaste (I’m only using this powder and water to mix and drink). It doesn’t really mix well and gets really clumpy so have a spoon in hand. My main issue is the resealable bag it comes in. It’s super hard to reseal it. Use something else to keep it closed. Also, if you have bad allergies this may not be for you as this is “packaged in a facility that also handles…..”

    I would’ve gave it a 3 star for baking needs because it’s great to make fried egg whites and great for meringue but I would give it a negative 5 star for shakes it has a weird taste and smell before it’s cooked. So buyer beware of what your needs are for this product. This is something I just a week after using. On nutrition facts there’s 16g of powder per serving and out of those 16g, 10g is sugar.

    It seems pretty pure and simple. I’m glad for my first try at egg white protein I didn’t have to buy a massive jar, because that’s all I was seeing until I found this one. It blends so well with the other ingredients I use, which include collagen protein and various liquids. I don’t know if others taste like eggs or something. But I taste nothing like that. It digests well for me. My stomach has gotten very sensitive lately and I had stopped making smoothies for a long time because they were upsetting my stomach. I am big on presentation and I like how this brand presents itself. I LOVE that the bestproteinpowder4women.net barcode is already printed onto the bag, I don’t know why but I hate those additional stickers they put on products. They’re sometimes messy or dirty and cover product info. Only complaint is the zip lock part doesn’t work on mine.

    I purchased this as my typical egg-white protein was out of stock. I love the fact that there are no additives or other “chemicals” – The flavor is neutral and it dissolves very well in a Vitamix but doesn’t dissolve well at all (forms a paste) in just water or milk. Perfect for smoothies or meal replacement (and a decent value) but not ideal for a super quick after-workout shake. I have a hand-shaker when time is limited and all it makes with this product is spackling! I will definitely re-purchase for smoothies however.

    After going to the Dr. We figured out it was this egg white powder that gave Me this rash all over my body. The only logical solution was that these egg whites were bad. And sure enough.     I bought it with the intention to use it as an after-work (allegren-free) protein powder. I did use egg white protein years ago (not this one though, I remember buying it at Jewel-Osco stores) and it was all good but this one doesn’t mix with any liquid, worm, cold, etc…It sticks to whatever I use to mix it with that I have to use a scrubbing sponge to remove it after. It’s as bad as it can get. This photo is taken after 1 minute of trying to mix it. UPDATE (few months later): from 1 star to 4 because unfortunately there is no better product on the market as of now.

    For those that has doubt , yes its real eggs white guys. When you put it in just water it doesn’t dissolve , so i read a review here , that person mentioned hot water; well for some reasons my common sense left me and i did just that, welp thats the picture of the result on the fork , while my kids couldn’t stop laughing at me . Finally i took some frozen fruits and a little bit of almond milk and the 2 tbs of egg protein powder ,and put in my nutra bullet it comes out the best healthy smoothie ever.     Excellent ingrédient!
    I love that it is cage-free, that’s is very important to me.

    Plus it is just PURE egg white with no additives. Thank goodness.

    I am experimenting with the Carnivore Diet and made cloud bread with this.

    CLOUD BREAD RECIPE

    Ingredients-
    Egg whites from 6 fresh eggs
    Egg white protein powder – 1/3 cup
    Beef gelatin – 2 tablespoons
    Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
    Cream of tartare – 1/2 teaspoon

    WHIP all the ingredients together until stiff peaks form.

    Place on parchment paper.

    Place in oven at 325 degrees for 15 mins.

    I’m fine with it’s plain white appearance, but if you want it more toasted or “bread-like” you can do the following.
    * Keep it in oven for a little longer if you want a toasted light brown bread that is slightly crisper.
    *OR add a little allulose if you want the bread to look brown just like toasted bread.

    It makes outstanding bread, with a soft chewy texture that is just like bread.
    It has no flavour just like white bread. Except that this is a SUPER HEALTHY version of bread that you can eat to your heart’s content.

    It may say gluten free but when is a disclaimer on the package, that says process in factories with wheats, nut, soy, etc. it is not gluten free under the regulations for a gluten free product. I have had other products that have said this and hac adverse reactions, some I had no problem. You take your chances. If you go ahead and take it, be extra cautious and stop immediately if you have a reaction.
