The overall quality is excellent. However the product is a extremely fine powder that clogs the Zipp on the bag and makes a large mess of your hands when scooping a serving.

Do not buy. Requires a massive serving scoop and still needs to be mixed to drink. Bag arrived busted because of how thin it is, covering everything else in the box making a massive mess when the box was opened. Has no taste and considering how much has to be mixed it is a waste of money as there are more efficient and effective casein supplements out there.

I love this slow-digesting complete protein. It’s the base for my morning protein smoothie, usually with a few minor flavors (almond, PB, and/or berries) to complement it. Also excellent is their concentrated milk protein (80% casein, 20% whey). I save the fast-digesting whey for post-workout drinks, so this casein is my morning go-to, setting me up for the rest of the day. The slow digestion means I’ll get good muscle protein synthesis without burning (oxidizing) too much protein as fuel, as I might with whey in the absence of a workout.

This works terrifically for long-term protein.
I gave it 5 stars for flavor, even though some people complain, because here’s the thing: It’s “its just” brand, it’s JUST PROTEIN. No flavors, no sweeteners, JUST PROTEIN… which in pure form doesn’t taste terribly great. You can’t expect this to taste like cookies and cream, vanilla, or chocolate. It tastes exactly like what it is… JUST protein.

Its perfect as protein can be. User gets to choose what, if anything, to add.
Would be 5 star were it not for the package which refuses to reseal, and the powder gets everywhere. I bought a stainless container and just dump the whole thing in there. Probably better to have a well sealed, no plastic container anyhow. But FIX the packaging anyhow !!!
