   I bought this looking for a shake that would fill me up that I could drink as a meal replacer like breakfast or lunch. The taste is pretty good but WOW I was really happy with how much it filled me up. I drank a shake for breakfast I wasn’t even feeling famished by 12 pm. Ate lunch around 12:30 had a small 200 cal salad and another shake and I really feel stuffed!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would!! Will be buying it again (I bought the chocolate) and will try other flavors too.
