This is one of the best tasting powders I’ve ever had. 8-10 oz of water to one scoop. Apparently I am hyper sensitive to lactose and this is very kind to my body. Once in a while I try to venture out and try others, but this is the one. I don’t know why I keep trying others! But baby I’m back! I would also like to mention the great customer service. This protein is really smooth and mixes well with water. The flavoring for this protein is really solid. I would have to say this is the best protein shake that I have had. I have tried the banana and vanilla. Both are very solid but banana is the flavor I would recommend.

Very potent protein. Not a lot of fillers as in other popular brands. Great product for post workout recovery. Taste isn’t the greatest because there’s very little to almost no sugar sweetness in the mix. Probably the best protein ratio that I’ve gotten my hands on.
