   Good price and decent macros but i hated the taste of the strawberry shortcake. Maybe i got a bad batch or something but i don’t think imma try the other flavors cause im traumatized. this stuff taste horrendous with water and slight better but still awful with milk. Maybe its just the flavor but dont get strawberry shortcake.

   I’ve been drinking protein shakes everyday for over 8 years, various brands. This one in Peanut Butter Chocolate was awful, waaaaay too sweet and just bad.
   I wish I could return, but unable to. Don’t buy.

   A friend suggested it to me, and I liked the recommendation. The instructions for the amount of scoops are simple: 1 scoop = 1 serving = 25 grams of protein. I ordered the cappuccino version. I prepared it first in water and it turned out very good, but it was amazing in milk. I was surprised that it didn’t have any added sugars, because the drink tastes great, I saw that they sweeten it with stevia and sucralose. I’m posting this review after trying it out for a while because I wanted to wait to see how it would affect my digestion. I feel like this one works better for me and doesn’t make me as gassy as the other protein I was taking. And, I was surprised by the amount of amino acids that the drink contains, I knew about L-Leucine, L-Lysine, and L-Tyrosine. I didn’t know about the other ones. When I opened I thought that it didn’t have the scoop. It would be good that they could make somehow that the scoop don’t go to the bottom, so you don’t have to get in the whole arm to grab it.

   Perfect flavor, thin milky smooth taste, and no clumps! I like to mix this for ultimate taste. Below for ingredients to mix. I can’t notice any change in my body for gains of fat loss but over all I just like the taste of this flavor! I haven’t tried other flavors and im sure they all taste great. For me I can atleast combine coffee drink after a good morning workout.. I suggest try this mix and et me know what you think! Combine with 2 cups Almond milk non sweet, 1/2 Heavy Cream, 1/4 Lee’s coffee concentrate, 2 cups ice. Shake well till frothy smooth.

   The taste is good and mixes fairly well. I prefer to use hot water to make it taste like a cappuccino. It is too sweet for me at the suggested 7.8 oz of water; I reccomend using 10 oz.
