One scoop per 8 (I use 12 to get more fluids) oz of water. Shake well and drink. The powder quickly melts into the water without any difficulty and doesn’t require excessive shaking. The flavor is a mild vanilla and not overpowering or sweet. I despise sickening sweet drinks and this is perfect for me. This definitely helps my recovery and post workout soreness. I recover much quicker!

I was hesitant to buy this product because I had been using the regular chocolate recovery powder for the last 2 years. So when I saw they changed it up, I was slightly hesitant especially because there were so many negatives about the flavor. I gave it a chance and even changed flavors because I had heard vanilla in the old formula was amazing. I tried it after a 16 mile run and was AMAZED at how good the flavor was. It didn’t taste chemical at all. I mixed it with 16 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and the flavor was wonderful. Highly recommend this product if you’re a GU recovery drink user.
