   I started ordering this brand 2 months ago in the Vanilla Ice Cream. It was so good, the flavor was amazing so I ordered on auto ship. I just opened the container that I received on July 5th. The texture was way different from the fine powder I had had before. I then tasted it, NOT EVEN THE SAME FLAVOR. Its tasted like a light version of caramel. YUCK. This stuff is disgusting and there is no hiding the flavor what so ever. The packaging looked as same as before so I had no clue. After reading the new reviews I discovered that it is mostly whey concentrate not whey isolate as the top ingredient. I am sending this gross protein powder back and cancelling my auto ship order. There is no comparison to the original version. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I guess I will spend the extra money on QUEST.

   So we are avid protein powder consumers in my household. Unfortunately in today’s day and age, we have found that many proteins leave that fake chemical taste. Stick to your mouth and stay stuck in your taste buds. This smells and tastes exactly like a cinnamon roll. We use fair life non fat milk to couple with our shakes and it is just purely quality! They use clean simple ingredients leaving the carbs and fats in check. A lot of proteins out there use too many ingredients leading to spikes in macros. I will be trying their other flavors. But the cinnamon roll rocks! It’s subtle not super sweet or overwhelming but the cinnamon roll flavor is definitely apparent.

   It tastes so yummy. I rely on this protein powder every time I want to feel satisfied but don’t have time to sit down and eat a whole meal. I don’t like being without it because even visitors have tried it and now when they come over, they ask if they can have one of my smoothies! I make Vanilla & banana smoothies, or any other fruit, and every smoothie tastes good and creamy.

   This brand makes a solid Chocolate peanut butter flavor that I like so I wanted to try the cinnamon roll. But I was sent more Choc PB…

   So this review is for that instead. I mix it with water in a shaker cup, and it blends pretty well but tends to be a bit clumpy with globs that end up sticking to your teeth. But it is one of the better tasting proteins I’ve used to date, especially given the price. Overall pretty good, planning to buy again

   Simply can’t beat the price. Sure for some the taste or ingredients may mean more but for me really it’s just about whey isolate and if I can easily consume it. The taste isn’t bad and it mixes well. Add the cost and for me it checks all the boxes maybe?!?!. Only thing I would point out is that on GENONE’s bestproteinpowder4women.net seller page next to the protein it says 25-80% protein concentration. This caused me some pause because protein isolate and protein concentrate are very different so I think they should make that clearer but I went ahead in purchasing it because the nutrient list says whey protein isolate. Changed to 3 stars because of the lack of clarity on the kind of protein. Thats the main detail they should be very clear on.

   Awesome for smoothies or baked goods. No heavy protein after taste and blends into a variety of preparations. Not perfect from my research on their sourcing but a solid pick that’s well worth trying if you’re looking to increase protein without that chalkiness some others have.
