I really enjoy the cherry gelatein and it’s an excellent source of protein (especially with a limited diet). I honestly prefer the Cherry gelatein more than any other brand of ‘jello’ cups. I have tried a few of the other Gelatein flavors and I can say this: Gelatin Plus [Cherry flavor] is the ONLY palatable flavor I’ve tried (the sugar-free flavors taste absolutely horrible).
Unfortunately, along with the significantly better taste, the Gelatein Plus contain ~18g sugar per cup… (see attached: Gelatein Plus nutritional info. label, Medtrition, medtrition.com, accessed 17-APR-2023).
*** If anyone from medtrition sees this: If the Gelatein Plus (cherry) were available with a sugar substitute (stevia/sugar-alcohol/etc.) — keeping the same flavor but without 18g sugar per cup — THAT WOULD BE AMAZING!
