Great product, Have been using it for a couple of years now and it does just what I need. It is also one of the best amino combinations out there as it is very well balanced in the amounts. I like to use it during weight training and my personal dosage is one scoop per 500ml of water. I have found that it still tastes great and does what it needs.
There is cheaper amino powders out there but with Gaspari you know what you get.

This is probably the best tasting intra workout drink I have ever tasted. I’ve tried plenty of intras that tried way too hard on the flavor and ended up over-flavoring. This is the only flavor of Aminolast I have tried, but there are others that I suspect are also good. It gives you a little kick throughout your workout, though it has no stimulants. I do not do well with stimulants since I work out in the evenings. If I use products with caffeine late in the day, I usually can’t go to sleep. I love that this product does not contain artificial colors. I have tried plenty of intras that were bright red or blue and frankly that is a little disturbing. I am using this product because I am trying to improve my health and well being. Why would I want to drink a bunch of dye? This drink has a pale yellow color to it and that is just fine. It goes well with the flavor of lemon ice. I drink this to stay hydrated through grueling CrossFit workouts. Each time I’m ready to lift a little heavier or start a new round, I take a swig and get a little extra push. I noticed that this product also contains magnesium, which I assume aids in muscle recovery. I think these guys did their homework on this product. I really enjoy it, especially during summer workouts with no A/C.

However I drink this daily because it helps with muscle retention on days I miss the gym. I’ve tried a lot of different amino acids and Aminolast seems to work the best.
About a month ago I altered my diet to where I’m consuming more slow burning foods like peanut butter, beef, fish throughout the day. Which I had done this in the past using creatine. This time while consuming the Aminolast I’m back to benching 250lbs. This is a record for me because in the past I had to take creatine in order to bench more than 250lbs. I Imagine that if I mixed this with creatine I would have a good combo.
You just have to make sure your diet is in order and you should be set. Different food work for different people.

Strawberry kiwi flavour is definately my favourite although the other flavours such as watermelon are just as amazing.
This bcaa supplement is one that I enjoy throughout the day and works well if you’re looking to consume low calorie (10KCal) drinks when on an intermittent fast without breaking the fast.
Works well during and after fasted cardio replenishing electrolytes especially if you sweat a lot.

I love working out, especially EARLY in the morning this is a life saver! Not only that but its way better than coffee, coffee always fizzles me out and makes me super tired, this doesn’t. I use it twice a day (during workout), in the morning for my cardio then in the afternoon for my suspension training and it really helps with recovery, and will help you push your self when you feel like you’ve got nothing left. You know sometimes your stamina goes down, and you know your kinda sucking, sense I’ve started this I can tell my I am faster, and dont lose stamina. I recently bought into the Gaspari hype after seeing athletes I follow use and endorse their products. After trying this, I can say that their products is top notch. I bought this particular flavor because it was the cheapest. I was willing to get a crappy tasting amino acids to spend less money. Bodybuilding isn’t cheap. I was wrong. This is amazing. The smell to the taste, I couldn’t wait to take my recovery drinks after my workouts. As for if it works or not, let’s just say that one day I wanted to speed up my recovery. I had two servings, one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. By the end of the day, my legs weren’t sore anymore. They weren’t fully 100%. They were still tender to the touch, but the mental soreness, my mind couldn’t sense it anymore. Of course, coupled with a healthy nutritional plan, I was able to maximize my recovery with this. The product is good for its properties and in general, some foam is a good sign for BCAAs.
Anyway, the foam is really too much. If you use a big shaker, the foam will fill it completely and it will stay there for 40mins.
