This is going to be a positive review because I am extremely satisfied with how it supports my recovery. Not to mention, it’s vegan! However, I feel the flavor and texture could be improved. The taste is a little bland, honestly. So, if you’re looking for something tasty, this might not hit the spot. But, if you’re after the benefits, it’s a good pick!

This stuff seems to work I’ve never used a postrecoverey before.. I feel great after use.. however the taste is not at all what I expect. It’s gritty and tastes like oatmeal or a vitamin.. it’s not awful but it’s not good either. 8 oz is easy to drink so I’ll finish it.. may not reorder if I find something that tastes better

First off, let me start but saying I put the reviews about taste aside because everyone seemed to be happy about the product actually working. You should too! Remember, taste is 100% subjective! Had I listened to the reviews about taste, I never would have tried this magical elixir! For me, the taste is good! Not delicious. Not disgusting. reviewers actually hyped up the “bad” taste so much that I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it tasted that I thought. It’s not pretty – someone said like pond water lol. But really, who cares? That’s why we’re in the mess we’re in with fake coloring of foods that make it look pretty but are giving us cancer and other health related issues. I’ll take natural pond water color or food dyes any day. Enough about the taste and color. This stuff works! It really truly worked for me. I’ve started jump roping and my legs have been killing me. The next morning out of bed after drinking this the day before, I’d say the pain in my legs was reduced by at least 80%. I’ll be buying this again and taking it after every single workout I do!
