I have a very strict diet so it’s sometimes hard to find things I can eat and drink. I found this protein powder years ago and have been using it since. I put it in coconut milk and then add frozen fruits that I love and it’s the most tasty protein shake. I really love it!

I wouldn’t say it’s delicious, but it is palatable. It gives me a surprising amount of energy, but it also makes me almost instantaneously starving after finishing my glass. That said – if you need protein and have tummy problems, this is definitely a good option!

I bought this product on a recommendation from someone at Whole Foods because she said it was very chocolatey, which I like, and because it is organic and non-GMO. It’s not chocolatey enough for me, but still very good. The powder mixes very well in my smoothies and has a good amount of protein. My only comlpaint, which prevents me from giving it 5 stars, is that the bag is difficult to keep closed, It comes with that “zipper” closure, but it does not really catch that well and I find it open when I go to use it the next day. All in all, I am satisfied with this product.

A lot of protein supplements have artificial sweeteners and other unhealthy ingredients, Garden of Life is organic, healthy, and has a good flavor; I hate the taste of peas (which extends to pea protein), but GoL mutes it enoughI don’t notice it.
