This product has been working wonders for my digestion! I have been a big fan of Gainful branded products for some time now. I am familiar with their super green powders and have enjoyed taking those in the past. This product is another great find. The ingredients seem to be of good quality and authentic. I think the most important part of this mixture is the fiber, but the added ingredients definitely have an effect as well. It is easy to take, just mix it in water and drink it. This product has helped me with my stomach problems, and I no longer even need to take it. I will save it for the times my issues return.

What I like:
First of all, it’s quite rare to find nutrition supplements these days without a bunch of extra, unnecessary ingredients. Thus, I was elated to read the reverse of label, where it states, “OTHER INGREDIENTS: NONE.”
Received product as fresh, with a good BB date.
I really like that the product is unflavored, so I can add it to a variety of different drinks, without any flavor clash.
I can’t really say what the product is doing for me, but can only say that I haven’t observed any negative effects, as my digestion was already fine, and I just take this for regular maintenance.
What I don’t like:
So far, all is good and I have nothing dissatisfactory to share.

I sometimes get bloated so when I saw this Gainful Gut Health Performance Boost Powder, I decided to give it a try.
I have been mixing it in my pre-workout drink, which can sometimes give me stomach issues. It dissolves well and doesn’t seem to alter the taste of the drink. I seem to get a bit less stomach issues when this is in the mix, but it’s not a huge difference. That being said, I am happy that I’m having a bit less stomach issues.
There are 28 servings per container, making this a 4 week supply if taken once a day. It has the following statements written on the container:
