My anecdotal experience with this Creatine has been…alright. It’s not the best, but it’s also not bad for the price. The water retention in my muscles seem slightly lower than when I’m using other brands of creatine. And I also feel like I have more hair fall when using this brand of creatine.

Apenas voy para un mes usando este suplemento, consideren que para ver cambios es necesario tomar mucha agua, hacer rutinas de fuerza y resistencia en el gym y tener una buena alimentación. Ningún suplemento es milagroso si solo esperas tomarlo y ver de inmediato los cambios, todo lleva tiempo y una disciplina constante. Recuerden que para tomarlo deben de poner 1scoop en un vaso bastante grande de agua, revolver bien y dejar reposar unos cuantos minutos para que se diluya bien el polvo. He visto que para conocer la calidad de la creatina es necesario ver qué tan bien se diluye el polvo en el agua al momento de colocarlo. Si ven que el polvo es fino y se diluye rápido sin siquiera revolver tantas veces significa que es buena calidad, en cambio si tarda el diluir o se queda asentado en la base del vaso es señal que su calidad no es tan buena.
En este producto veo que la relación calidad precio es justa, es una creatina no tan cara así que es comprensible que su calidad sea media. Esta opinión la hago desde el punto de vista de la dilución de su polvo en el agua, aún me falta tiempo para poder juzgar los resultados en su uso

I’ve used this for months but my recent container came with a large scooper. That’s definitely not right dosing size. Not good for the people that don’t know it’s too big. It’s at least 2-3 servings instead of 1. So 10-15 gram creatine.
