   I’ve been looking for a meal replacement with vitamins and minerals but also tastes good because I eat like an unsupervised toddler. Took a chance and ordered this brand. How I used it: In a shaker cup I mixed 2 scoops with 1 oz cold water and 9 oz cold unsweetened vanilla almond milk (instructions says: 2 scoops with 8-12 oz liquid). I shook the cup hard and a long time. Tried it. What I liked: •Easy to open and shut with ziplock to seal up •Comes with a long handle scooper •Didn’t smell bad on opening •Reasonable amount included •Has a lot of vitamins and minerals What I didn’t like: • Even after shaking very well, it was a little grainy • No real chocolate taste. Tasted a little chalky and earthy but not awful. I couldn’t identify the taste. I think this meal replacement has great qualities and potential, but I can’t see myself ordering it again. Even though there are more pros than cons, the cons to me are important to me…taste. Again, it’s not unbearable and others may like the taste, but it’s not for me.

   I’ve been trying out Flip My Life and I’m really impressed with this company! They seem genuinely committed to using high-quality ingredients, which I appreciate. The shake itself tasted pretty good-not the most amazing flavor ever, but definitely solid and enjoyable. I did have to add more water than recommended, about 24 ounces was perfect to eliminate grit. This is a well formulated product with a focus on natural and organic ingredients. The protein blend (20g/serving) is plant-based and represents a decent amino acid profile. The blend also contains a ton of superfoods, fiber, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. One of these per day could eliminate a handful of pills from my daily regimen. There’s a ton of vitamins and minerals with an emphasis on bio-available formulations., especially the B vitamins. There’s not a ton of sweetener used either, keeping the sugar content down. I think this also contributes to the more “earthy” taste of the product, rather than just overpoweringly sweet. Overall, this product seems to pack a lot of nutritional benefits with a focus on organic, plant-based ingredients and gut health support. It’s truly impressive that they’ve included such a wide range of superfoods and micronutrients. The price tag is a bit hefty, but considering what you get, I think it’s well worth it.

   I think the taste is far over rated. While I am sure it has many great benefits, it is very chalky. I need to blend it with a banana and mixed fruit to mask the flavor and grittyness. I bought the chocolate flavored but it is a nondescript flavor. I have subscribed to it but if I finish this bag, I may cancel it.

   I tried one serving with 8oz of soy milk in a shaker bottle. Very tasty it tastes like vanilla and oat flavor, very hearty. As far as blendability, it probably would be better used in a blender, it did leave a good amount of residue on the sides of the shaker bottle. Highly recommended for anyone looking for lots of nutrients along with great taste.

   The instructions say to mix 2 scoops into 8-12 12 ounces of cold water or mix into a smoothie.  I don’t regularly make smoothies, so I opted for using it plain.  My first impression is that it blended together well using just vigorous shaking in a jar.  It has a light vanilla flavor and minimal sweetness.  The consistency is slightly grainy, but I didn’t mind it.  I think based on the taste, I’d be more prone to making it into a smoothie, blending it up with banana, etc.  I’m going to try mixing it into oatmeal next – I think the low sweetness and subtle vanilla would make it easy to add to other foods. From a nutrition perspective, I love that this is a complete meal replacement. One serving is 175cal with 6 g fat,10g carbs, 4g sugars, 6g fiber and 20g protein. It contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals, as well as a plant protein blend (pea, brown rice, sacha inchi, amaranth and quinoa).  It also contains multiple supplement blends: prebiotic and fatty acid blend, antioxidant, greens, adaptogenic, digestive and probiotic.  It’s basically everything you might want to take, supplement- wise, all in one!  I love the ease and simplicity of this to eliminate a lot of other pills, liquids, etc.  I’d definitely buy this again.

   I LOVE the flavor of the chocolate. I actually look forward to it. Wish I could have two a day, but it says one per day. Haven’t tried vanilla yet, but I just ordered on. It’s a bit pricey but so hard to find shakes I like because it isn’t too sweet and doesn’t have the aftertaste. It is a little gritty, but I don’t mind it makes me feel like I am not just drinking a watery shake so in my mind it’s more filling. I mix it with almond milk and ice in a blender. At work I use a portable blender.

   Very impressed with how good this tastes, almost like hot cocoa powder in flavor. The powder is fine too and mixes well in water. It gets slightly thicker but not chunky which In like. There’s tons of nutrition in this and can be added to a smooth or taken as is as a meal replacement shake. High quality ingredients and high quality taste, I’m highly recommending this as a great nutritional shake or meal replacement.

    This has got to be the worst tasting protein powder I have ever had. It will not dissolve and is not returnable. If I had known that I would not have purchased. DO NOT purchase this powder.

    I found the perfect blend for me. 10 oz of hot coffee, creamer, 2 scoops of this nutritious formula and froth it up. I can see it with some ice cream or made into a shake. Cold, it’s very gritty. The grit dissolves in hot.

    I love the chocolate flavor. I did not like the grit when I just tried mixing it with my small whisk. However when I blend it with my smoothie blender it was so much better. I mix with water. I will continue to use Flip 7
