Doesn’t have that typical whey taste! I would definitely buy again. It tastes way better than gold standard. The stats for it are also great way less calories than most protein powders with the same amount of protein!

This protein powder DOES NOT disolve in my coffee. Some of it floats, the remained sinks to the bottom turning in to a slung. It is gross. So I thought OK I’ll mix it in my Oatmeal . That also didn’t work either. The powder clotted up and look like cottage cheese. It had a grity month feel and does have a flavor. Just not one I can name. All I know is my oatmeal no longer tasted like oatmeal. To make matters worst I accidently double clicked on the order button. So I gotten two packages. And they wont let me return the unopenned one. This sucks, don’t buy it.

After (belatedly) reading other reviews for this protein powder it seems arriving half empty is a common occurrence, and you can’t return it! I know some settling can occur, but this is ridiculous. I have another container of whey protein isolate from a different brand (six star) which weighs 1.4 lbs, and its noticeably heavier than the Evolution container which is supposed to weigh 1.7. Tried a new brand on a whim, perhaps its just a mistake for the container I received but there doesn’t seem to be a way to rectify it.

I have been using EVL products, including the isolate protein, for over 3 years now. I continue to stick with EVL products because of the high quality. The 100% Isolate Vanilla Ice Cream tastes amazing no matter what you choose to mix it with (e.g. water, milk, almond milk etc.). I most often use with almond milk in a shaker cup and mixability is never an issue. Most importantly, this product helps support me in achieving the results (gainz) I’m looking for. My family is active in outdoor activities, exercise and sports. EVL Isolate Protein is far superior than the dozens of protein products over the past decade. I was excited to receive what seemed to be like a very clean whey protein isolate at an awesome price. Upon opening my package, I noticed there was no scooper- similar to other recent reviewers. The biggest concern is the lack of any taste or resemblance to any other protein powder I have ever tried (10+ different brands). I have included some pictures for reference and looking at the few pictures in older reviews, you can see it has more of a “powdery” texture to it. The product I received is very granulated and does cause stomach distress like others have noted. I am not sure if this is legit protein powder. I’ll look into getting some tests done and report back later.

Just got this and it tastes great. I was a little worried to get the unflavored but it worked out perfectly. I mixed 1/2 scoop with about 16 ounces of water with 1/2 a pack of True Lemonade. It tasted creamy, delicious and satisfying. Plus I’m getting more protein. I definitely recommend it. I might try the chocolate next.

I wish I would’ve read the previous reviews before buying it. The 5lb tub gives STOMACH DISTRESS. it also has different ingredients than the 1.5lb container. Why is that EVL?! This is my first time having stomach distress buying whey protein isolate. What drew me to it was $48 for 5lbs which is under $10/lb. I had to call bestproteinpowder4women.net customer service for a refund as it doesn’t allow me to do it online. I will be throwing it away. Better to just spend the couple extra dollars and get NOW whey protein isolate or Nutricost whey protein isolate. Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is for the price.

Good price but does not mix well in a shaker (I use ball jars) leaves small clumps. It acts and looks more like whey concentrate, not isolate. Not overly bad, but I have tried many and I’m pretty picky.

5 stars for this protein powder! You cannot beat 100 cals for 25 grams of protein! If you are someone who counts macros & calories and especially if you are in a deficit , this is perfect for you! I was always searching for “fun” protein flavors and wasting tons of money. Someone from a fitness group I was in suggested putting instant coffee with vanilla protein powder to make a morning coffee drink so I decided to try to find a cheap vanilla protein powder to try this with. I’m so glad I bought this one!! So yes my first recommendation is adding 2 tsp of instant coffee and blending it with ice and some cashew milk. Fantastic morning drink. My second is mixing frozen fruit in! Great again. THEN my holy grail meal replacement or snack is mixing one scoop of this with 0% greek yogurt. OOOOOOMG. AMAZING! It’s like freaking pudding! Or mixing it with a flavored yogurt (cinnamon bun, strawberry, strawberry cheesecake, etc!) . SO good. I go through this crazy fast now and can’t stop making yogurt mixes with it! I like to add granola & chocolate chips too with some strawberries on top. Just wow. I’m obsessed with this vanilla ice cream protein powder. It has made a huge difference in my diet, helps me stay within my calories for the day, keeps me full whether in shake form or yogurt mix form, and helps me reach my daily protein goals (and then some!). I can get my sweet tooth fix and my coffee fix and I can’t think of anything better than that! Super awesome and i hope someone takes my word on the recipes I mentioned because it’ll be a game changer. UPDATE: I got the 5lb tub and omg, name any other protein company where you open up the huge tub and it actually it full to the top?!?! I can think of NONE! Yes EVL, YES
