This is an Aldi’s brand. It is very low cost. Tastes great, can add all the goodies you want to jazz it up. Some of the nutrition specs are a bit high, but it is still a fairly good low carb solution for a meal replacement on a weight loss regimen. Down 85 lbs. so far…I like that there is no carrageenan or xanthan gum like the WM brand.
