   This collagen powder seems to be good quality. The only thing I had a hard time getting it to mix into was my iced coffee. But I put it in my protein shakes and it mixes right in – it has a whey-ish flavor but you can’t notice it’s in there.

   This is a good quality collagen peptide powder. It is sourced from grass fed bovine, has no flavor and dissolves well. As with many collagen powders it does give that gelatinous feel so it is best used in smoothies where you can’t detect the gelatin feel. This comes in a plastic container with a provided scoop. The container is filled to the top, so no wasted packaging. This is a nice addition to my daily health care routine providing my joints with that extra boost of collagen.

   Health specialist recommend getting collagen with beef, chicken and fish. For me I would prefer to leave the fish out because none of them tastes very good with it in.

   This Key Stone brand is bovine only but does not appear to be grass-fed. It does claim to be natural beef but that can mean just about anything. The label is interesting with the evolution branding. Not sure if that’s supposed to be a joke or not since it’s not true.

   There are 38 servings in the container even though there are 30 days in a month. Not sure why companies do that. And it also recommends you take two servings a day. That would make this product very expensive per month. I’m glad to see that it is a product made in the United States so that’s good. It does dissolve fairly well in cold water and dissolves very well in hot.

   If you’ve never taken collagen before then you are in for a treat. Not a food treat but a health treat. Your hair skin and nails will greatly improve and if you have joint pain it could very well get rid of it depending on how bad it is..

   I really like this collagen! I like to mix it in my coffee with my frother and I also put it in smoothies. I like that there’s no flavor so that you can be diverse when using it. I’d certainly recommend!
