I live out of a suitcase working on cruise ships and rotating every couple weeks. Getting a bottle washed is very inconvenient, carrying the single serve bottles on is cumbersome because of the weight and volume. These are great for my situation, I spent a lot of time looking into what solution works for me, and these are it. Worth the cost if it’s what you need. Good taste, that said a protein shake is a protein shake to me.

Not the greatest container but the flavor is really good. I have a very hard time finding low sugar shakes because im allergic to splenda (sucralose). This is relatively low carb and cal. I thought the powder tastes like Nestle Quick powder. I shook it in the container as stated and then put in a cup over ice. Its well worth .75 cents for a drink with 25 gm of protein. Which is really good for something so low in cal and carbs.

As other reviews detail the flavor is excellent, the mixing to a smooth consistency to drink is difficult. It takes a lot of effort to get the powder to blend and not be full of unmixed dry spots. That said, I’m a repeat buyer.
