   I initially bought this protein because I wanted a pure casein powder for the sake of baking and other recipes. Pros: – Tastes amazing and is absolutely phenomenal in recipes. Pictured above is a protein Vanilla Ice Cream I made in my blender. – Extremely versatile in recipes. Casein protein powder in baking helps make things have a dense, less dry, less cakey recipe than whey, so it’s a must-have for any protein baker. – Whips up nicely. Think of whisked eggs. An example is also in the picture above. – Reasonably priced. – The macros are good enough. The composition of this powder is 83.3% calories from protein which is good considering this powder tastes good. Cons: – Due to the nature of it being a casein blend, this does not mix well with water at all, so it is not good for quick protein shakes. If you mix this with water or milk, you may find it to be very grainy and thick which isn’t too desirable. – It is reasonably priced, but it is still not the cheapest option for general protein intake. Overall: I still think even with the cons this qualifies as a 5-star item. Casein powder just typically isn’t great for quick water/milk-based shakes in general, so I can’t take points off for that, and the price itself is fair. TLDR: It’s a good-tasting, reasonably-priced product. If you are planning on using it for baking or other recipes buy it. If you are planning on drinking this, do NOT buy this. Opt for a Whey protein or a Whey Isolate instead.

   Very hard to mix, even with a shaker bottle, so tastes grainy. Started mixing it with hot black coffee and that helped tremendously, plus it tastes amazing. About $10 cheaper than optimum nutritious’ chocolate casein for roughly the same amount of protein, so for now I’ll be sticking with this one.

   The product is absolutely great! It 100% Micellar Casein, feeding muscles while you rest (great intake before bed, or if you do intermittent fasting – it keeps you satiated) which was the exact thing I was looking for; giving 25g per serving! And it’s 0% sugar, getting it’s sweetness from sucralose.

   The taste of rich chocolate is absolutely delicious and as expected. (A few may have complained of the taste being powdery – it’s cos they are not adding enough milk / water) I make it in 350ml skimmed milk and it’s spot on!

   It beat others in terms of pricing as well.

   Being banned substance tested is a great thing as it ensures you’re not taking in something you don’t want to!

   All in all, really happy with the purchase and I’ll be reordering again
