I notice an increase in energy after using essential source and super greens. Essential source is green and tastes green unless mixed in a smoothie. I make a smoothie with banana, frozen strawberries and either almond milk or fruit juice with a scoop of essential source and super greens- tastes great! Great way to get more vitamins in my kids too- they love how the smoothies taste!
