Like the protein not much flavor. Have been using the same brand Vanila from GNC for years best protein powder. Maybe I will try Chocolate or Strawberry next. Did recipe on flavor change? I’ve tried this with my regular smoothie recipes, with coconut, almond and regular milk. I find that if I’m making a smoothie with it, I like it best with the coconut almond milk blend. Its tends to have a chalky taste with regular milk in the smoothie. If I don’t mix it with a smoothie and just follow the directions and mix it with milk and drink it that way, it tastes wonderful. I use 2% milk. Not sure if that makes a difference. Compared to other protein shakes I’ve tried, I like this one the best. I’m glad I took a chance on it and will be ordering it consistently here as long as the price stays low.

A good product but the ability to mix and dissolve in liquids is not a plus. I have tried both hot and cold beverages but the dissolving of the product in either is just not there. Yes, a blender might help if you have one.
