   First, I like that it’s low in calories and sugar but you can definitely taste it. There’s a flat taste to it that’s stays through the aftertaste. I’ve tried many many protein powders and this one had the numbers I needed so I was willing to overlook the fake sweetener taste and just add some pb2 to enhance flavor. I’ve been doing this for years and finally reached the end of my tolerance…

   Second, in my experience, it doesn’t shake well, I have serious clumps every single time. This powder is best when blended, not in a shaker cup. It clumps within the shake and huge clumps get wedged in the lid, which is just frustrating. One of the benefits of protein powder is that it’s efficient- quickly mix it in a shaker cup w/ball, but not this one. I have to pick it out and I don’t have time for that, nor the mess to clean up afterward. For reference, I fill the cup a 1/3 with milk, add the powder, then shake furiously for a few minutes, then fill the rest of the way with milk. That prevents most of the lid clumping, but the clumps within are still there and you def don’t want to chew one of these.
   So I canceled my subscription and now searching for another.

   Use it in morning kale protein shake. Tastes great. I’ve probably been using it for over a year. I love the way it makes the shake taste and how much protein it has in it.

   I have both. I absolutely love them. The packaging could use some improvements because I just can’t seem to get it closed so I have put them in resealable containers. I start every morning with a scoop in my coffee and then 2 and a half hours later, I have a scoop of the other in my coffee. I love them. I use my frother and it mixes up and it gives me the feeling of indulgence. I don’t notice anything chemical. I enjoy it far more than the expensive Optavia shakes and they blend so much easier. I love that each pouch is 45 servings.

   Absolutely love this protein powder. The vanilla cupcake is our favorite flavor but we also really like the cookies and cream. Not only is the flavor great but it blends and mixes so well. My husband drink it with almond milk but we also add it to our pancake recipe and cookies. It doesn’t change the texture of foods which we love. There is no grainy taste which is a huge plus. It’s very cost friendly as well.

   I used this in a recipe for keto angel food cake and it was very good, but almost a bit too much vanilla flavor. When this package is done, I want to try the vanilla a whey product. Have not tried a shake yet
